Chapter 13 - Ink

I see X shaking in his sleep. "X? X!" I try to shake him awake. I'm worried for him, and I start crying uncontrollably because I'm scared something bad happened to him. He slowly wakes up, drenched in sweat. "Ink? What's wrong?" he asks me. "X, whats wrong?" I ask him, ignoring his question. After a bit of him bracing himself, he tells me about his parents and his past with how they just abandoned him. I give him a hug so that. we could calm down "I'm here for you, never forget that, okay?" I say to X before he nods and hugs back. I start thinking of stuff to do to cheer him up before "Hey X, I found a spot in the forest, it was soothing, do you want to go there?" I ask him, he's too shaken up to form words without crying so he simply nods. I exit the house and reach the space in the forest; the calm atmosphere seems to just rush over us as I see X calmer.
