The next morning, and the group were rehearsing their Nationals semi final group dance.

Kate was counting them through it instead of Orla. Emily was not present. She and Orla had decided that she should try and isolate herself from the team, so in an effort to do that, she had been walking in late, and not doing that much in rehearsals either.

"... five, six- wait, hold on, everyone, the arms need to be the same," Kate snapped Orla out of her momentary daze. "Again, and wait, hold on! James, why is your leg so low, it's like, here, and everyone else's is much higher. Try to match the group, please."

"Rehearsal is going badly, and it's even worse because Ems isn't here," Orla bit her lip. "But no one cares because everyone hates her right now. I mean, I know that it's part of the plan, but... it's just really hard to see."

Emily slouched in as they finished rehearsing and Orla gave her a fake dirty look, hearing Chloe say behind her that she'd lost all respect for her.

Then she heard Giselle say that she wasn't even committed anymore.

She's way more committed than you'll ever be, Orla wanted to snap.

But it wasn't worth it.

After rehearsal had finished, Orla and Chloe stayed at the side of the studio and started to chat, sitting on one of the benches there.

"Hey, Chloe! What's up?" She looked up to see James, and... she was actually surprised at how happy she was to see him.

Chloe took the hint and moved, and James sat down in her space and slung an arm round Orla.

Orla quickly removed that arm. "Um, what are you doing?"

"When Orla pushes my arm away, honestly, it's a bit of a blockade, but I'm seeing past that," James explained. "Very soon that arm will be accepted."

"See, I never said we were getting back together, I said maybe, I might think about the idea of getting back together," Orla said.

James frowned. "What? Then what can I do?"

"After everything that happened with Beth and James, he needs to prove that I can trust him again," Orla said firmly.

"Okay, I got an idea," said James.

"Okay..." Orla frowned.

"Make a list," stated James.

"A list?" Orla raised her eyebrows.

"Put anything you want on it, and I will do it," James went on.

"Anything?" Orla enquired.

"Anything," James nodded.

"Anything?" Orla asked again, still not quite believing this.

"Anything," James nodded.

"Anything at all?"

"Jeez, Orls, I thought you were smart!" James rolled his eyes. "Any-thing." He restated, making it clear. "And once I complete it, we're back together."
