"Ready? A-five, six, seven, eight, go one, go two, go three, go four, five six, seven, eight..."

Making it to semi finals meant each team had around an hour to rehearse on stage that morning, before the competition in the afternoon.

"Okay, let's go over that a-"

"Your time is up!"

Of course. Of course it would be England, strutting into the empty theatre with the Internationals rep next to them, that shoved them off the stage.

"No, yours is," Orla retorted. "Well, after today, at least."

Ella shrugged as the rep said. "Please get off the stage."

"Having to leave for Ella's team is really frustrating," Orla growled. "But I was right about one thing. After today, England will be gone from Internationals."

"Urghhhhhhhh..."

"Oh, this is bad," Orla complained as the team stood round West, who was clutching his stomach on the ground.

So, this had all come about when West thought it would be a good idea to buy a street meat kebab in Miami, and eat it, right before semi finals.

But Orla had already berated him enough. What mattered was that he was on the ground right now, almost passed out from sickness.

"Alright, how many times you thrown up?" James asked casually.

"Three," Thalia rolled her eyes.

"Actually- actually four," West spoke from the ground. "There was another one, in my mouth, but I swallowed it-"

"Ew, West!" Orla said. "Too much information!"

A few laughed, but no one was really amused.

"What are we gonna do?" Kate demanded, clearly hopeless.

"You know what? This is food poisoning," announced James.

"Yeah, because we didn't realise that before," Orla rolled her eyes.

"My point is, I know it, and it takes at least twenty four hours to get out of your system," said James.

"Okay, well, we don't have twenty four hours!" Kate said worriedly.

"You know what- s-someone help me up... c-c'mere..." West lazily held his hands up and Stephanie and Thalia took an arm each and pulled him up.

Then his stomach rumbled. "You know what-? I-I think I-"

And with that he ran.

"Make that five times," Thalia rolled her eyes.

"Right, we can't afford to wait for him to get better, so we have to replace him," Kate announced.

Everyone looked at Michelle and Amanda.

"Michelle's better for this one," Amanda said instantly.

"When Michelle and I became alternates, we each agreed that we would be responsible for five dancers, and West was one of hers."
