Orla smiled as she woke up that day, a rush of butterflies in her stomach as she looked over at her calendar, seeing, in her handwriting:

Anniversary <3

She smiled. It was the anniversary of the day that she and James got together. A smile lit up her face as she remembered asking him about whether they were in a relationship or not and his laugh.

Okay, so yes, they had technically broken up and got back together last year, but neither of them were counting that. So this was their two year anniversary. Technically.

She sighed when she thought about the fact that she hadn't got him something. She had sort of thought that if they spent the day together, it would be enough, and that they didn't need to get each other gifts.

She just hoped he hadn't got her something.

"Hey, Chloe, where were you?" Orla asked.

They had just finished their rehearsal and Chloe had walked in, dance clothes on, but a rather sad look on her face.

She walked next to Miss Kate, who said. "I think you need to tell them."

Chloe gave a rather tight smile and turned to the team. "I've been offered a position under La Bellet de La Reine for The Nutcracker touring company."

Orla's jaw dropped to the floor. "What? Chloe, that's amazing!"

The team shared her happy shock.

"Seriously?!"

"Oh my gosh!"

"That's unreal!"

"Nice!"

Then Michelle asked. "So, how are you going to Internationals and doing the production at the same time?"

Chloe sighed. "Well, I can't... and I've chosen the nutcracker. Is... that okay?"

"Oh, that's too bad," West smirked. "But we're so happy for you, Chloe!"

And then the team crowded in, everyone yelling and shouting and surrounding Chloe with hugs and support.

"This calls for a celebration!" West grinned. "Drinks on Chloe!"

"What?" Chloe pretended to be hurt, but then let her smile shine through. "Okay, let's go!"

Orla sat on her phone at the edge of the studio as Thalia came over.

"What are you doing?" Thalia asked her.

"Oh, just waiting for James," Orla smiled, standing up next to her. "It's our anniversary today."

"Oh! Did you get him anything?" Thalia asked.

Orla sighed. "Um, no, I mean, I feel like us being together is more important than a present."

"I just wanted some time for James and I to spend with each other today because that's kinda like a gift in itself," smiled Orla.
