Big Russian guy's POV:

Why the hell do all meetings have to be held in the west!? Is it too much effort to hold at least one meeting in my home country? It doesn't matter. At least I'm back in London; I can speak to Britain more.

I decide to show up to the meeting hall early, accompanied by China and North. Some of the westerners have came early, too. Already, I notice NATO, America, Canada, France, and... There's two other people here who I've never seen before. I eye them both and one of them, who's shorter than the other, notices. He doesn't react much? I can't tell, actually. I can't tell if he's frightened or intrigued. Perhaps both.
The other is quick to notice and looks very annoyed at my appearance - rude. He turns his head away and leads the other elsewhere. Strange. I wonder who they are.

The meeting is about to start. Everyone is here. Everyone except for Britain. I can't see him at all. China looks at me and asks:
"Are you alright? You're looking everywhere."
"Britain isn't here," I utter.
It's not the end of the world if he isn't here. I doubt our friendship would've gone far, anyways. But still, he's always here. It's odd for him not to be here.
"Maybe he got found out?" China mutters.
"Maybe... Also, look," I nod my head over to those two, "who are they...?"
China stares at both of them for awhile.
"I recognize one of them," he observes, "the tall one is England, I'm pretty sure. The other one? I don't know."
Ah, right. Britian is technically made up of four countries. Has he sent two of his own to cover for him?

NATO clears his throat and the whole room is silent. He starts blabbing on about what the meeting is about - as if I haven't heard this a thousand and one times over. I could really fall asleep if I wanted too. But then he says something that catches my attention.
"Also, as you may have noticed, Britain is not here for this meeting. Sadly, he will not be attending for a while. Apologies if this causes any issues. But! In his replacement, he's sent two representatives: England and Wales."
So that's who those two are. But why can't Britain attend? Perhaps it was because of me. Either I scared him off or he's being accused of treason. Either way, I guess it's technically one member of NATO that's gone. I might not have been able to get what I want from him, but... oh well. Unless... I suppose I could visit him after the meeting and see what else I can get out of him.

China's POV (Lets go, new POV unlocked):

The meeting went as slow as the previous one. I don't not like meetings, but I don't like meetings to do with the west and east. We never get a sound conclusion. Like today; Soviet and America began to argue about some nonsense. I enjoy Soviet's company very much, I just think he should be more tame at times. And maybe not drink so much either. Two days before we came here, me and North went to visit him. I knew immediately that he'd been drinking the previous night. I even saw a shattered bottle on the ground, too. Not to mention his kids. I can't imagine what they go through. Other than that, he's a great ally, so I don't plan to say much about it. I suppose he can live his personal life however he pleases.

Before I leave the building, I decide to use the bathroom. Meetings aren't slow because they're boring. Meetings are slow because they're too long. I finish my business, clean my hands (like everyone should) and exit. I have to admit, this building is built really nicely. The hallways are very decorative and are quite grand. I suppose that's just old British architecture, though.
While walking through the hallway, I spot... What was his name again? The one who isn't England. He doesn't give me much notice, but does give me a small nod as greeting. Seems in line; he didn't really speak much during the meeting - if at all. Though I couldn't tell if that was because he wasn't paying attention or didn't want to speak. It's intriguing. I can't help but want to ask his name again.
