(AN note) Hey guys, one more chapter for all of you! I have taken a long break due to no motivation, but I'm trying to get it back! enjoy<33

We woke up to our morning alarm, and I headed straight to the bathroom for a shower. Mase joined me a few minutes later, and although time was tight, we managed a brief moment together as he helped me wash my hair. After a quick shower, we dried off, and I spent the rest of the morning in the bathroom, tending to my hair and makeup. When I finally emerged to get dressed, Mase took his turn in the bathroom. It was time to leave the room and grab a quick breakfast at the hotel. Since Mase's family was sleeping in, it was just the two of us. We entered the restaurant, and both opted for avocado toast with scrambled eggs on the side. We shared a quiet moment, enjoying our breakfast, the soft hum of conversation blending with the clink of cutlery. Soon after, we headed to the car, ready to hit the road.

As we got settled in the car, Mase took the wheel, and I assumed the role of the passenger princess and immediately connected to the AUX. Just a few seconds into the first song, Mase turned down the volume, and I looked at him with a questioning expression.

"Do you fancy going to New York?" Mase asked, smirking.

"What's on your mind?" I asked.

"The Knicks invited me to a game in a few days," Mase said, smiling.

"And who are the Knicks...?" I asked, looking confused.

"Baby, it's the New York basketball team. They play at Madison Square Garden," he replied, laughing, unable to understand how I didn't know about the Knicks.

"Okay, Mr. Knows Everything," I said, laughing. "Well, for your information, while you were at Carrington yesterday, Marie, my modeling manager, texted me if I wanted to go for a shoot in New York in 2 days," I informed him.

"No way, I'm so happy for you!" he exclaimed, feeling genuinely excited for me.

"I haven't replied to her yet. I wanted to speak with you about it before making my decision," I said.

"I would love for you to do it, and we'll go together, have nice dinners, and then we can go to the game as well," he said, sending me a convincing expression.

"If you promise you'll join me at my shoot," I asked with a smirk.

"Of course, love. So, are we doing it?" he asked, seeking my approval.

"Are we even back home in time?" I asked.

"Yes, the plan is to go back home today. I don't have anything more to do here, for now," he said.

"Well, okay then. I think we're doing it. I'll text Marie and tell her I'm going," I said with a smile on my face.

By the end of our conversation, we arrived at the location of the house. My eyes immediately fell on this massive and elegant structure house. I then spotted the real estate agent's car parked nearby, confirming that we were indeed at the right place.

Mase gracefully steps out of the car, walking around to my side to open the door for me. Together, we approach the grand entrance, and Mase confidently knocks on the door. Moments pass, and we're greeted by a tall, impeccably dressed man, who welcomes us into the house.

"Hello and welcome, please step inside!" he said, smiling as we exchanged greetings.

"Our plan for today is to tour the house and the outdoor area. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate; it would be my pleasure to assist you," he informed us as we commenced the tour of the house.

We began in the expansive kitchen and living room, the two spaces seamlessly connected. Large windows adorned the room, allowing natural light to grace it elegantly. The kitchen, with its wooden accents, added a charming touch to the entire space. The tour unfolded over an hour, introducing us to a movie theater, a basement featuring a laundry room, a fitness area, and a wine room. Moving to the first floor, we explored four rooms, the master bedroom standing out with its spacious ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Stepping outside, the garden boasted a pool, hot tub, and a grand patio, perfect for hosting large gatherings with friends and family.

"Lovely, that was it. How do you guys feel about it?" the real estate agent asked politely.

"From my perspective, I'm very confident about the house. I can see how our future could possibly unfold here, but I think we would prefer to discuss it together before making the final decision," Mase answered with a smile.

"For me, it's the same. This is such a lovely house, and I definitely see a possible future here," I said, giving Mase's hand a squeeze.

"To me, that sounds great. Go home and discuss it to make sure it's the right decision," the real estate agent told us warmly.

"Perfect, I'll probably give you a call within the next few days," Mase informed the real estate agent.

"That sounds good. You have a good one," the real estate agent said as we left the house.

We reached the car and got inside. "Mase, I love that place," I said.

"I'm happy you liked it because I'm really into it as well. If we do some small renovations inside, I think it would be perfect for us," he said, placing his hand on my thigh.

"I know, and by the way, are your plans to sell the London house then?" I asked, scared of his answer.

"I don't know yet. I love the London house, and it would be nice to have a place to stay when visiting London," he said.

"It's your decision, but I would love to keep the house," I told him.

We eventually arrived back at the hotel, and the plan was to head straight back to London. Mase and I quickly went inside to gather our stuff while the rest loaded the trunk. As they were finishing up, Mase and I put our stuff in too, and closed the trunk. Everybody settled in the car, Mase's parents in the front and Mase, Lewis, and I in the back, Mase taking the middle seat. For some reason, I was super tired and half drifted off to sleep, but not enough to lose track of the conversation in the car. Mase told them about yesterday's events at Carrington after we left, and then the conversation drifted over to the house we saw earlier today. He described all the cool features of the house, and that we both fell in love with it. He mentioned that he'd probably give the real estate agent a call in the next couple of days. Lastly, he informed them about Mase and my plan to go to New York tomorrow evening, and then we eventually reached back to our place in London. Mase gently woke me up as I had fallen asleep in the last couple of hours of the ride.
