Rebirth

[Day 3]

Today was pretty different from yesterday, well I believe It was pretty different. And not to say this is the first day of my new schedule.

Go to school, go to Light's house to write in the Death Note, Cram School, go back to Light house and continue to write names down and also multitask and do school work, and then I just go home. The next day repeat. Of course I don't always have to be at Light's house but I feel that it's better this way.

I laid on Light's bed on my stomach, my computer in front of me with a news channel tab open. Ripped pages of the Death Note in front of me as I wrote names at a fast pace. I looked up from my computer, looking at Light. He was sat on his desk, his TV on as he also wrote names down on the Death Note in a fast pace. I looked back down and continued to write names down

"Soo tell me about yourself Light"
I said softly. He looked at me from the corner of his eye and then continued to write names down.
"Y'know if we're gonna do this together we could at least become friends and not just 'business partners'. We both will need a friend mostly in a time like this"
I said softly. He didn't say anything and just kept focused in writing names down. I rolled my eyes.

"Fine. I'll start. My full name is Y/N Y/L/N. I just turned 17 last Month. I have a little brother. Um- I like..."
I said softly, for gods sake why couldn't I think of anything that I enjoy to do.
"I like to... um read! I guess."
I paused, unsure what to say now. What do I like. Most of the time I'm just in my room doing absolutely nothing or school work.

[Light] "what's your favorite color"
I looked up from my computer completely surprised that Light actually said something. He just continued to write name down in the notebook, not a single expression in his face.
"Red..."
I said softly
"Yours?"

[Light] "green"
