Description:

Silkwings can come in all colours and shades, they can have black scales (Often don't look black due to the fuzziness of their scales)

Silkwing markings are similar to butterflies, moths and other flying insects, their wings often take much of the similarities.

They have fuzzy scales, their antenna/wings can come in all sorts of different shapes that match different moths/butterflies.

Silkwing dragonets hatch without wings, rather they have wing buds that grow in when they turn seven years old, they spend an hour staying still as they let their wings dry and expand.

Silkwings have pastel coloured eyes with darker pupils, they have mid sized ears that can sometimes look like another pair of tiny wings.

They have dark coloured long tongues.

Silkwing eggs are the same colour as their main body colour.

Silkwing blood is a forest green colour.
