Both the Doctor and Phoebe knew that the Titanic would sink in two days time. The Doctor and Phoebe were walking around the deck.
"So Phoebe how was last night in third class" The Doctor asked
"Well I will tell one thing the good and music is definitely better they don't serve carrier thank goodness don't really like it and it full on party atmosphere there I loved you are welcome to join me tonight if you want" Phoebe said
"Can't I'm having dinner with Mrs Brown Mr Andrews ans my Ismay" The Doctor said
"What again how intriguing May I join you tonight I would like to ask Mr Ismay sims questions and Mrs Brown too" Phoebe said
"Yes I would very much like that" The Doctor said
"Look Doctor the reason I wanted to talk you was because I wanted to ask you something" Phoebe said
"And what would that" The Doctor asked
"Is this a fixed point in time I mean does the Titanic have to sink or is it a flux point were we can save it" Phoebe asked
"Well it fixed point in time the Titanic has to sink its all part of Earth history i know it seems like a flux point but this is a fixed point so is a lot of the people who die on April 15th" The Doctor said
"You mean like Thomas Andrews and Edward Smith the Captain" Phoebe said
"Yes I do" The Doctor said
"Oh right I read about the history of the Titanic in the TARDIS library" Phoebe said
"I though forget that you are book smart" The Doctor said
"It doesn't help to do a bit of research before coming to key points in Earth history"Phoebe said
"I had no idea you did that" the Doctor said
"So this really is a fixed point in time the Titanic has to sink to be part from Earth but i can't help thinking that we stop it from sinking then we can change events in 2023 when those people in that ocean gate submarine Titan those death would never happen" Phoebe said
"Again that is another fixed point in time but Time can be rewritten well the Titanic needs to sink but the Titan sub does not need to implode" The Doctor said
"What I got from that was after we are done here we go to Sunday 18th 2023 when the submarine implode" Phoebe said
"Yes you know to well" The Doctor said
"What do we're allowed to change that but we can't change the sinking of the Titanic" Phoebe said
"Exactly"The Doctor said
"Like you always Doctor the captain goes down with the ship"Phoebe said
The Doctor and Phoebe walked around the hold ship before making it back to the 1st Class entrance.
"Ah Mr Smith Miss Smith i Hope you are like you journey can I get you anything" The Steward asked
"To cups of tea please and we have on the our private promenade" The Doctor said
"Certainly Sir I have then send up" The Steward said
The Doctor and Phoebe's cabin
The Doctor and Phoebe had a stateroom with two bedrooms a private bathroom Phoebe didn't have anything in the wardrobe because she had all in the TARDIS and just when there every morning to change.
While The Doctor and Phoebe had tea on the promenade they continue their talk.
"Doctor i should tell something when the Stewards have not been looking I have been throwing they gun overboard on April 14th they pulled they guns on people I'm not having that" Phoebe said
"Good girl I have been doing the same to be far" The Doctor said
Before boarding the ship Phoebe got 200 Med blankets. They would kept the chill off people they were thermal blankets.
