Kelly finally woke up the next day, she sat up on the sofa with a cry as pain shot from her shoulder.

“Kelly?” Zack called rushing over from the kitchen, “Be careful, Tray said that your shoulder will be a little delicate for the next couple of days” he explained helping her to sit up.

“Thank you.” she said, “What happened?” she asked,

“Well what do you remember?” Tray asked walking into the room with Rachel following behind.

“Well I had an argument with my parents... then I was running through the forest and was attacked by Shulks.... I.... I think Zack was there? …. That is where it gets a little foggy” Kelly explained as Rachel sat by her feet.

“That is pretty much what happened, We heard you call for help and Zack came and saved you” Rachel explained,

“Like superman” Zack giggled and Kelly looked at him in confusion until she remembered that she had called him superman and her cheeks began to heat up. “Then Rachel healed you” Zack explained smiling at the blushing Kelly,

“What?” She asked looking to Rachel for conformation.

“I know it's crazy, but apparently we all have an extra gift” Rachel explained,

“That is right, Rachel's element allows her to heal, Zack's element allows him to fly, and your gift allows you to communicate telepathically.” Tray explained and Kelly's eyes widened as she tryed to understand all the new information.

“That is how you called for help” Zack added, “It's really cool”

“It's difficult to control” Tray warned,

“OK, this is a lot to take in” Kelly groaned her head beginning to throb.

“Well you have been asleep for quite a while” Zack stated causing Kelly to look out of the window to see a dark sky,

“What time is it?” she asked,

“It's past your bed time” Zack teased,

“It's Monday tomorrow” Rachel informed,

“What!” Kelly cried, “I haven't done my homework yet” she worried causing Zack to laugh,

“It's alright your not going to school tomorrow” Tray told her, “Your not well enough” he added

“And I’m going to stay and look after you” Zack cheered at the idea of missing school.

“But...But... my attendance” Kelly continued,

“Calm down Kelly, It's the last week before the summer holidays, your not going to miss a lot and Tray will write you a note” Rachel consoled.

“Fine, but I'm going in on Tuesday” she resolved and Tray agreed as long as someone was with her at all times.

Jenny searched the corridors for Max the next day, she wanted to tell him what had happened all weekend but he was always busy.

“Max,” she finally called when she spotted him walking towards her,

“Hey, sorry I couldn't talk this weekend, dad had me doing extra training,” he explained after hugging her hello.

“It's fine, I understand. You need to come to the house tonight. We are having an emergency meeting” Jenny explained,

“Why, did something happen, I kept getting …. well it may sound silly, but I swear I heard Kelly calling for help on Saturday” Max explained, “I guess I'm going crazy” he laughed,

“No your not. Kelly was in trouble Saturday but she is alright now. I will explain it to you later, I have to get to class. Just be careful it's not safe any more” she said as the bell rang leaving Max standing stunned in the middle of the hallway.

Jenny bombarded Rachel with questions about Kelly during maths, it felt really weird without her with them. Everyone noticed she wasn't in and kept asking the girls if everything was alright. Kelly's absentsspreadingaround like common gossip.

“I keep checking behind me, I'm getting paranoid” Jenny complained at lunch,

“I think we are all a little freaked out.” Adam agreed,

“I actually think it isn't a good idea to be in school this week,” Rachel said, “I feel so out in the open” she explained with Adam and Jenny nodding their heads in agreement.

“It will be fine, as soon as Kelly is back I will feel much better” Jenny uttered looking over her shoulder once again. Since the whole incident on Saturday everyone had been on edge not knowing if it was safe and it was only amplified by Kelly's absents at school. After all she was the one with the shield.

“Doesn't your Mum and Dad get back tomorrow?” Adam asked Rachel who smiled, excited to see her parents,

“Yep, they are going to take Tray out for a meal tomorrow night” she informed,

“Is he going to ask for you to stay with him for longer?”

“I think so.. I love my parents but I don't want to move out of the warrior house. It just feels safer” Rachel admitted, “Plus I don't want my parents getting into danger because I'm living with them” she noted,

“How is Tray going to get your parents to agree?” Jenny questioned and Rachel shrugged wondering the same thing.

Max walked to his father's office at the end of the school day, the hallways were deserted and he felt a shiver run down his spine, ever since Jenny had told him that it wasn't safe he had been really jumpy. Max knocked on the coach's door, “Come in” instructed Mr Rhead and Max entered taking a deep breath.

“The changing room is open son, you can train on the front pitch today” he notified looking over at Max,

“Actually... I came to tell you that I can't train today” Max began standing tall, he knew that it was really important that he went to the warrior house, “Something important came up and I have to go” he said making sure not to mention Jenny.

His father looked up at him for a moment, “What is it that is more important than training? It's that girl isn't it!” he correctly assumed,

“No! I promised Jake that I would help him work out” he lied and his father huffed in annoyance.

“Fine then, but you will be doing double tomorrow” Mr Rhead instructed and Max sighed before leaving his office.

Ok so i know that this was a small chapter and not a lot happened :(
