Ok but what really makes me emotional is thinking about 14/15 year old Calum Hood sitting cross-legged on his bed and pouring his damn heart into notebooks full of lyrics and having sheets of music scattered all around him and then finally plucking up the courage to tell his two best friends "hey, I wrote a song, it's okay if you think it's bad, it's really rough" and then breaking out into a huge grin and sighing in relief as he watches Luke and Michael's faces light up when he plays the chorus to "Gotta Get Out".
