We wake up and eat some breakfast, "you good?" I hear a voice behind me. I look up and see my sister "yeah thanks Beth" I say
"Can I talk to you quickly?" She asks
"Your joking?" I ask
"No come on" she says
I roll my eyes and stand up and we walk out. "What the fucks going on with you?" She asks
"What?" I ask
"Come on you and Leah" she says
"We are just friends Beth" I say
"You sure? I just- I saw the way you got hurt the first time and I don't want that to happen to you again" she says
"I'm glad you're looking out for me Beth, but I can take care of myself." I say and smile
"I know you can, but your my baby sister" she says
"I appreciate you Beth" I say
We have a quick hug before we heard someone coughing. We look up and see the three best friends and Lucy.
"Sorry to ruin your moment but I'm starving" Georgia says. Me and Beth laugh.
"No worries G, Beth did the same to me" I say

"Hey!" Beth says and playfully smacks me.
I laugh and say "come on, we've got a game today"
"And you've hopefully got your debut" Beth says patting my head. "Fuck off im not a dog" I say as I dodge her arm.
We walk in and I go back to my seat, "everything okay?" Alex asks me
"Yeah, Beth was just checking up on me" I answer
"Good" Chloe says
Lucy comes over "so you planning on getting Leah wet again tonight. Because she wouldn't stop going on about last night" Lucy says
I knew exactly how the girls heard that and their faces said it all. "She deserved it, she pushed me in. It's her own fault for not taking a spare set of clothes" I say and smile at Lucy.
Lucy leaves. "So? What were you and Leah doing?" Alex asks with a smirk.
"Leah was showing me around, we went into the hydro room and she pushed me in so I dragged her in" I say
"How come you had a spare set of clothes" Lauren asks
"I was giving Beth some of her things I accidentally packed when Leah asked to show me around. So I just changed into Beth's" I say
They all seemed to believe the story and didn't ask any more questions, so I left it. That was a close one.

We all finish at breakfast and then head onto the coach. I sit next to Chloe at the back. Leah and Beth were sat in the same row as us.
Chloe gives me one of her AirPods and I put it in. She was listening to Noah Kahan stick season.

We start screaming the lyrics

"And I love Vermont, but it's the season of the sticks. I saw your mom and she forgot that I existed. And it's half my fault but I just like to play the victim ill drink alcohol till my friends come home for Christmas"

We look at each other and laugh. We look up and see the full bus staring at us. "Shes fitting in!" Lucy shouts
Making everyone laugh.

I look at Beth and she says "glad your enjoying yourself before the pressure"
"I don't feel pressure Bethany" I say
"Sure" Beth says

We pull up outside Wembley and we walk in, fans were chanting our names.

We get into the changing rooms and I see my name. I take a quick photo before getting focused.

We all get ready, I was next to Keira and Georgia. "You nervous?" Georgia asks
"Nah not really" I say
"Really? I was shitting myself" Keira says
"I don't really feel pressure" I say
"Good for you" Georgia says and puts her arm on my shoulder.
I get my boots on we go out and start warming up. Leah stops me and points up to a certain section in the stadium. I see my dad, my auntie Mary, my brother and his girlfriend, my uncle Stanley and my cousins Thomas, Zak and Lily. I give them a wave before focusing again.

We finish our warm up and go inside. "Right girls, the fans might not see this as a competitive game. But every game is competitive. We want a win, we need a win. This is the qualifiers for the euros. So let's do this girls!" Sarina says
"Keep your heads on, stay calm and remain focused." Leah says
"1,2,3 England" we shout

We take our spots on the sub bench, I sit next to Khiara keating and Hannah.

The game starts and we are off to a strong start. Lauren hemp scores at 26 minutes making us 1-0 going into halftime.
We go back out to the second half and Sarina makes some changes, Fran coming off for Toone. Ella scores at 52 minutes making us 2-0. Lauren scored another goal at 59 minutes, making us 3-0.
At 60 minutes Sarina tells me to start warming up and I do. I warm up and run back up, I talk to the assistant coach and see what he wants me to do, as in positions. There is a pause in the game as a Northern Ireland player goes down, the opportunity for me to go on the pitch.
