I wake up in the middle of the night by my phone. No normal human being would text me at this time of night. I open the group chat and see that it is the Four who have sent, what's his problem? It is school tomorrow and I need my beauty sleep! My thoughts were interrupted briefly when I see the message and my heart stop

It is Tris. Hurry to Northwestern Memorial Hospital - 4

She is in the hospital? What happened to her? I had big plans that we would be best friends but every time I tried to approach her and get to know more about her life so she took a distance. It still feels unreal that for just a few hours ago we were sitting at Zeke and Uriah and played games and now she's in the hospital. I'm writing a quick answer to Four

I rush through the corridor but take it quiet when I go past my little sister Rose room. Rose is three years. I run down the stairs and jump into my Volvo XC90. I fast drive to the hospital and was lucky that I was not stopped by the police, when I get inside the hospital entrance; I realized that I still have my pajamas with Care Bears on.

"We need to know which floor Beatrice Prior is on!" Uriah said with a loud voice to the lady in the counter.

"I can only give out that information to the family" middle-aged lady answers

"We are family!" says Marlene and one hears that she has been crying.

"Do you know what happened anyway?" Prompts Will they still has not noticed me.

"Attempted suicide" replies the lady

"You're kidding! Tell me you are joking!" I scream at her and all eyes fall on me

"When did you come here, Chris?" Zeke asks

"A while ago," I answer Zeke and turn then to the old woman again, "I must see her!"

"I usually do not like this, but I know I'll get trouble me if I do not tell, Building C, Floor five rooms and 487. Her brother and the boy sitting outside the room go there and only there" she says sternly.

We run toward the elevators and press floor two when we have all come out. Fifteen seconds later opened the doors and we are greeted by the smell of antiseptic. I see a blond boy sitting in a chair with tear-filled eyes and beside him sits Four.

Four have their classic black T-shirt and their disposable blue jeans. Now they are not blue anymore but more dark red. Is that blood?

I particularly Four "How is she ?!" I demand to know

"I do not know" answers Four and I see tears running down his cheeks. Crying Four? I did not think it was possible

"What happened ?!" requires Lynn to answer

"She wanted to die. As usual," replies the blonde boy, who is he? How does he know Tris? All eyes locked on him. As usual? Wanted to die? Did she do this to herself? Questions ringing in my head and once again I remember that I have my pajamas on me.

"Who are you?" asks Uriah

"Her brother" replies the blonde boy

"Did she have a brother?" Prompts Shauna

"Yes, me! Twin brother, Caleb" answers blond boy

The rest of the gang sits down on the floor and in the few seats are left there. Four have not said much. I wonder how it is with Tris so I am against Caleb her brother.

"Hey Caleb"

"Yes?"

"What did you mean by that she wanted to die again as usual?" I ask quietly as I do not know if I want to know the answer

"When we lived in California, she tried to commit suicide twice, her boyfriend Sam saved her both times and convinced her not to do it some more time. I do not think she will survive without him, it seems that her survival depends on him" when Caleb said it, I saw how the Four eyes darkened further, he likes her?

My thoughts were interrupted yet again but this time by a nurse

"Beatrice Prior?" asks the nurse whose name tag says her name is Nancy

"Yes?" Caleb says and stands up

"I am sorry that you have had to go through in the night but Beatrice is currently stable. Pills made damage to her liver but will heal. We have sewn together two of the wounds on her wrists now and patch up the rest. She will be okay. But if I were a mother or a father, I would make sure she gets help from either a psychologist or a rehab "Nancy says

"Thank you, I can see her?" Caleb asks

"Just walking in, one at a time"

Caleb walks away and opens the door to Tris room.

"Shit ..." says Lynn

"Four ... you found her! What did she do?"

"When I found her it was blood everywhere, and pills scattered on her bedroom floor. I had only been home an hour and a half when I saw her message in our group chat. I cannot get the image of her lifeless body out of my head"

"You like her!" says Zeke

"Yes" respond Four
