I stand and talk to one of my sister's doctor while number boy and two of his friends went in to see Beatrice. I asked the doctor some simple questions about Beatrice's condition and suddenly heard a code through the department's corridor "Code blue, code blue, 487" It's my sister's room. Both me and her doctor that I remember was called Nancy hurry to her room and when I reached her door is opened and number boy and the other two guys gets pushed out. Nancy rushes in and I'm standing outside in shock. Please be okay. please please please.

"What the hell happened?" I turn around to the guys and mills for them. Number boy does not respond but just stand and look at Beatrice's hospital door.

"We do not know, we just sat there in silence and suddenly stopped the beep making on one machine and I thought at first that she had woken up, you know, but then lots of doctors running in with a strange wagon with a machine on" replied the guy with the almond-shaped eyes and the big hair.

"Her heart stopped?" I whispered with my tears in my throat

"I think so" replies the guy who looked like the first guy but is a little longer but with shorter hair

I fall on my knees and let my tears fall freely on my cheeks. My sister could die today. Suddenly I feel a pair of arms around me and I realize that one of her buddies is holding me

"W-who are you?" I whispered, my voice thick with tears and tiredness

"Marlene" replies the girl with a little curly dark red hair; she is wearing a pair of peach sweatpants, a black crop top and a matching shirt with a zipper.

I do not know how long I sat there on the floor and let the tears flow. Number boy standing still and staring at the door, Marlene and the other girls sitting and browsing uninterested in separate newspaper. Will I learned one of the guys called have found a book about smoking as he sits and reads and brothers Uriah and Zeke lying on the floor and play on each cell phone.

But suddenly opened the door to her room and everyone is on their feet before Nancy and the rest of the doctors have time to get out of the room

"Caleb, she is stable at the moment but very weak, I cannot say exactly when she will wake but hopefully it will be soon before a similar situation arises. I also phoned both your parents," She says, "Your mother will be here tomorrow when her plane has landed and your father is on her way here now, "she continues. Oh no. what will he do to her? How long has it been going on that he has beaten her?

We draw everyone into a sigh of relief and I'll just go with the girls into her room when I catch sight of our father to come through the door.

"Caleb! What happened?" he asked in a soft voice, as if he actually cares. bullshit.

"She tried to commit suicide. Again," I reply card. I see that my father is a thick envelope in his he and I point at it with your head and ask "What is that?" He smiles a proud smile and gives me the envelope and says "You are accepted." Come in? Come in on what? But then hitting it with, school in New York, I searched into, Aaron Academy last semester and I was accepted. Can I really go and leave my sister to this life alone? Yes, I can, it's my life, it comes and it's something I want.

"When will I go?" I ask with a smile on his face and has for a moment forgotten that my sister is on her deathbed

"Tomorrow," replies my father as happy. Beatrice will stare at my father in extreme disgusted. How he can smile when he just learned that one of his children is the death-bed not understand them, but they do not know my incredibly amazing father who pay for me to go on one of the better schools in New York
