αυяσяα and Woe strolled up the steep hill, the sun hitting their backs as they panted. The two were exhausted, the girl needing a good shower.

"Woe do you see that sign over there?" She squinted as she tried to make out the lettering above the strange frame.

Yes miss, it looks like an enterance to a temple. Woe guessed tilting her head. Before quickening her trot to stay a few feet ahead of Aurora.

They cautiously followed the gravel path lining the forest up to the sign. The duo walked under the sign, Aurora cursing, still not being able to decipher the english language.

Camp half-blood. Woe translated, peering up at Aurora to find a reaction, if she knew of the place.
Aurora shrugged, pausing for a second to recall to every book Athena made her read. She recollected something about a camp for demi gods but she didn't remember too much about it, not finding it important for her to study.

They walked through the sign, glancing around at the beautiful landscape and busy children. All of a sudden, a centaur appeared, Aurora lighting up at the sight of him.

"Chiron?!" Aurora smiled half heartedly, getting flashbacks of his presence at Olympus occasionally.

"Aurora dear it is good to see you." Chiron admitted, extending a hand out to Aurora.

Aurora joined him, shaking his hand. She felt like it was only yesterday that Apollo took him in, having the triplets train and teach him.

"What business do you have upon here at camp?" Chiron questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"I was just recently exposed to a prophecy of mine and it led me here." Aurora replied bluntly, having no idea either.

"Ah, well if you would like to confirm, you can visit the oracle in the big house and stay if that is what your mission seeks." Chiron offered, seeming to be in deep thought.

"I'm still trying to figure out my purpose and mission, but thank you for welcoming me. If I am requested to stay, I would like to keep my identity secret, so I can figure out my prophecy without complications." Aurora let out a nervous laugh. Woe nudged her leg from behind her. "Oh and do you mind if Woe accompanies me in camp as well?" Aurora inquired.

"Yes Miss Aurora, I am able to meet your requests, make yourself at home." Chiron smiled brightly. Woe bowed to him before falling into step with Aurora as they made their way to the big house.

Thunder rumbled as Aurora exited the house, stepping down the wooden stairs. Just as she assumed, the oracle confirmed her prophecy. She also i-messaged her brother Apollo, informing him of her whereabouts and confirming with him that it was smart to stay at camp.

Aurora admired the storm near the border of the ocean. She had always loved thunderstorms and the calmness it brought her to think.

A pair of twins took Aurora out of her thoughts, the two arriving at each side of her.

"Hello beautiful, I'm Connor Stoll, son of Hermes." One of the boys spoke out smirking.

"Don't be fooled, he didnt shower today." The other whispered in her ear as she chuckled. "By the way, I'm (unfortunately) his twin brother Travis Stoll." He prided.

"Aurora Castro." She nodded at the two. "Uh nice to meet you boys?"Aurora countered, not being the best at meeting new people.

"Always a pleasure. Anyways, Chiron told us that you were unclaimed and that's what we're here for!" Connor beamed, putting his hand on the small of her back to guide her left.

"Right, uhm what does that mean and where do I stay?" Aurora asked genuinely. She connected a resemblance in their sly smirks and jokester personality to the Hermes that she grew up with.

"Ah so the unclaimed are the half bloods that godly parent hasn't confirmed to be theirs and you'll be staying with us" Travis explained, winking at the girl.

Aurora rolled her eyes, already becoming quite amused by the twins. She liked their wit, it reminded her of Apollo a bit. Woe pranced over, insisting that she got to hunt in the forest tonight so that they could figure out where she would stay in the morning. Aurora sensed her eagerness in hunting after not being able to hunt with Artemis in a while, giving Woe permission.

The duo gave her a short tour of camp, circling back to the 12 cabins. She examined each cabin, admiring the beauty in each, smiling at the warmth of her family emitting from the uniqueness of their cabins. Her smiled faded as she looked at the Zeus cabin, thinking upon their rough relationship. Shaking off the feeling, Aurora smiled at the boys, allowing them to lead her to cabin 11, Hermes.

By this time, all of the demigods were sleeping, Aurora getting to avoid an awkward introduction. The Stoll twins walked her over to a blue sleeping bag on the floor with a flat pillow. She nodded at them showing her gratitude for their welcomeness and set down her backpack. Vividly remembering a time in Olympus where Hermes stole her chocolate croissant off her plate without her even noticing, she decided to hide her bag behind her pillow, laying on it.

As Aurora laid in silence, the sound of rushing waves crashing against the sand soothed her. Exhausted, she closed her eyes.

She opened her eyes, to complete darkness. Her green eyes adjusted to the areas, seeing an outline of a room. Aurora heard screams, not normal screams of fear, but blood curling screams of pain and agony. Aurora shot up, searching for the voice. She felt the pain of the other through her body, ripping through her arms and legs. Aurora staggered, the pain surging through her veins. Determined to find the victim, she pushed through the torture in her body, following the sound of the wailing girl. The voice started to dedicate through the dark, growing farther from her. Aurora broke into a sprint, limping every so often as the pain yelled in her muscles. It was an endless maze of pure black, she felt like she was in an eternity of misery. She kept running, until she passed out.
