I started this book in November 2023 and finished it in February 2024. I reflected on myself a lot while writing this book, in life everyone feels numb sometimes, and even I have felt this way, but writing helps me process my emotions. It is important to find the things that help us through hard times, and most of the time what helps is reaching out to people. So whatever you're going through, don't be afraid to talk to someone, often it's the first step.
