Chapter 74

- June 30th 1976 -

Y/N's POV

We were getting ready to head out of the house to meet at the airport. We had a flight to America this morning we would be heading into California. We are flying into Los Angeles so this is going to be quite a long flight. It was 5 am now so our flight was at 7.

"I think we will have some time to kill once we get there," Eric said.

"I think so too. I think we turned off all the lights and such?" I asked.

"Yeah, we should be good to go," Eric said.

"I have a love-hate relationship with long flights," I said.

"I know but we have the boys to keep us entertained when we aren't sleeping," Eric said with a chuckle.

"I know," I said with a chuckle.

"Ready?" Eric asked.

"Yeah," I said.

Eric kissed me and I returned the kiss.

"Now we are," he replied.

We headed out and met the boys at the airport.

"What time do we land again in California?" Woody asked.

"Around 2:30 I think," I said.

"The time difference is going to be something for sure," Woody said.

"Oh yeah," Ian said.

"I feel like it is kind of cool how you either lose or gain some time," Alan said.

"Always interesting," Derek said.

We all got some coffee and waited to board the flight.

"Did you guys get any sleep last night?" I asked.

"I got some sleep but not too much. I was worried I was going to be forgetting something," Les said.

"Same. I think we got everything though," Woody said.

"Same here," Derek said.

"I was kind of worried we would forget to turn something off," I said.

"Makes sense," Alan said.

"We board in like 5 minutes right?" Derek said.

"Should be," Eric said.

"I love these kind of flights it gives me an excuse to sleep for some time," Matthew said.

"Remember our first flight is like an hour before we get on our long flight," Alan said.

"Oh that is true huh?" I commented.

"Yup, it's that hour or so flight and then it is like a 11 hour or so flight," Alan said.

"That one we all get to sleep on," I said.
