The Suratgarh Rajmahal was in a frenzy. Servants rushing here and there. Hundreds of diyas lighting up the palace , flowers decorating each wall and pillar. The smell of fresh lotus flowing everywhere. A huge feast was arranged for the commoners. At last , the Rajkumari had returned !
Radhika:- Father was highly pleased by the pretence. Swarna had advised me to pretend that I was back to my senses. That Krishna was nobod " Greetings Maharaj , I am extremely honoured by the massive feast you've arranged on my return. And , I am glad to be back , Krishna is worthless. You were right" . Thords escaped my mouth but , the hollowness of them was unnoticed. Father was too busy to notice.
He was under the assumption that I had forgotten Krishna. But , one thing he would never know, was that I shall never forget him. Forgetting him was forgetting myself. He was me and I was him. I put on one of the new saris father bought for the feast.
Though the situation pressed on me hard , I couldn't help but appreciate its beautiful designs. On a golden silk cloth , a variety of colours made floral designs. Gold threads were weaved at the bottom to make it extravagant. This was nothing for him , after all , his was the greatest kingdom in all of Aryavart

•Radhika's Look•
Maids carefully made a bun and adorned it with roses. Another maid placed a heavy gold necklace adorned with rubies , rings of diamond and gold kangana . Krishna would love to see me now. I remember his awe struck face when he first saw me in the place while fighting my father .
Krishna:-
Today is the welcome feast for Radhika. She must be all dressed up. But , I know her heart is still wounded. I trust her. Anyway , I will meet her today. " Nath ! I've got the rope and everything is done. It's all set for you to go" , don't know why he is suddenly calling me so.
" Thanks Jay , you've done a lot already. Go , eat and rest well. I'll do the rest " , I ordered him away. I'm going to the palace to meet her. Not through the secret way of course, I'll use another way Radhika told me earlier.
After I was sure I had everything , I set off with Shan. He seemed happy when I told him that we'll meet Radhika. Horses understand many things. It was purnima , the starry night was beautiful. It made me think of her again.
" Ahh! There we are Shan . Come, be silent and alert" , I told him. We crouched low and walked through the bushes. Soon , a marble arch adorned with vines and creepers came into view. It was Premangan , the abode of love. Here, they had a small idol of RadhaKrishna - the divine couple of love.
" Hope it reaches her balcony , or else I'll be doomed" , I muttered to myself. I picked up a stone and tied the message I'd written for her . It landed with a clink . A lady hurried down and held a lantern to my face . " Pranam Nath , her majesty is waiting. I'll inform her , please hold for a moment" , I recognised Swarna. Radhika quietly entered with a shawl draped around her. It obstructed my view.
" Oh Krishna! Thank the gods , my beloved. I was growing impatient to see you again " , her shawl fell off. Her shapely figure and elegant clothes mesmerized me. She was heavenly! She hugged me tight.
She quickly dragged me to a gold swing. She said it was made in her childhood for her to use. The swing slowly moved, and Radhika, no longer able to control her chatter started again. " I've put up a fake me , I am pretending to forget you and start afresh. But , definitely deep down it's different" ; she looked into my eyes.
We talked for some time, but , it was time to go. We forged a final plan on how to take our next step. " Radha , you're doing well. My gorgeous , stay safe and let me know if there's anything important. Try and come to Bahasti , they miss their Nathini .
