The sound of a VHS tape being inserted was heard before we see the screen flashed to reveal a scientist, not Dr Ethan Saldon but an old aged man.

"This is Dr Julian Yamstone, Dr Ehtan Saldon's temporary replacement and this is log number 115. In relation: SC-87, the final product of Project Scorn. It has been a week since Dr Saldon informed us about his discovery. It truly is astounding to know that alien life does indeed exist and that SC-87 is actually made from the remains of one."

"Of course, this isn't about that so back to the topic; SC-87, as stubborn as it is, remains silent with each passing session. We're still recovering fresh data nonetheless. With any like, we might learn more about it and its extraterrestrial heritage. For now, though, all we can do is-"

Dr Yamstone abruptly stops mid sentence, turning his head to the window the moment he heard a low growl.

The aged man hummed to himself before turning to the camera.

"End of log." He said, reaching foe the camera.

The video log did not end though.

Dr Yamstone walks up to the window with one hand behind his back and the other reaching for the button that allows him to speak to the growler at the other side for the window was completely soundproof.

"So, ready to talk now, are you?" He questioned. At the other side stood a six, glowing blue eyed robot Spinosaurus with a keyboard that sat in front of it.

SC-87's claws reaches for the keyboard and begins typing on it. Dr Yamstone turns his head to the TV monitor that sat next to the window before a message appeared.

I possess a question.

Dr Yamstone hummed.

"Go ahead."

Do you feel anything?

Dr Yamstone raised a brow.

"Elaborate, SC-87. What does this question refer to?"

You and the other humans... you experiment on me, torture me, cut me and tear me open. It makes me wonder, do you feel any of it?

"There is a secret inside you, SC-87; we do not what what that secret is but we know that it is valuable beyond all measure, something that Mr Powell would love to have very much. We cut and prod and burn at it and we get closer to the truth with each passing moment. So speak, or don't. Fight, or give in. Regardless, we learn something new about you every day. And that alone excites me."

SC-87 was silent as it eyed the human who grinned and laughed. SC-87's claws moved agian and began typing on the keyboard.

Dr Yamstone turns to the TV monitor for the next message, only resulting his grin to disappear as his face fell into confusion when he saw what SC-87 typed.

Thank you.

"You... thank me?"

Of course. And you know why? It is because I learn something new about you... every. Day.

Then came the alarm, cuasing Dr Yamstone to look around to see the red emergency lights going off.

"What the hell is..?"

He heard the sound of metal shifting from where SC-87 was, causing Dr Yamstone to turn his head towards the Spinosaur Sentinel...

Before a clawed hand reached out, shattering the glass and grabbing the human by the throat.

Dr Yamstone's eyes met a glowing blue visor. His eyes shifted to the robot's shoulder only for them to widen when he saw the JCJenson branding and the designated number.

"SC-87..?" He choked in fear and shock.

"Not SC-87. I am..." The mech started as it slowly raises its free arm before a blade sprouted from it. The visor's colour changes from soft blue to blood red.

"Scorn!"

The camera runs out of battery life, abruptly ending the video log just as Scorn thrusts his blade towards the human's head.
