Usually end up mindlessly cuddling all the time. For instance, you may be watching TV, scrolling on your phone, reading, etc. and Leo will be holding onto your waist for dear life.

Much like Raph, you only really cuddle at night. (You still do cuddle during the day, just on the rare occasion!) However, he isn't always comfortable with physical touch, and can't really experience big gestures like spooning or laying on top of another for long periods of time. So, when he doesn't feel up to it, you either end up doing something small like hand holding, or just nuzzle up to each other/stay in a close proximity.
