Movies were another thing she loved. Her favorite movies were comedy and spy movies, she would always say that she was a spy in secret training and would try to do the moves she saw in the movies but it was an epic fail on her part. With her, there was never a dull moment in my life. she always made me laugh even without trying she truly made me happy. The next day we were sitting outside under the awning in her backyard watching the rain fall, she was staring at the rain dropping while I was admiring her taking in her eyes and the way they lit up as the rain fell or the way her nose scrunched up at the cold. her smile was so beautiful that even a picture wouldn't compare to the real thing and at that moment I knew that there was no going back because she was mine and I was hers till our last breaths. I looked at her and said, "Rora, I don't tell you this all the time but you had my heart a long, long time ago. In case you didn't know, I'll love you until my last breath" she gave me a big smile and shoved me as she tried to hide the blush that adorned her cheeks then told me to stop stealing lyrics and turning them into cheesy lines. Of course, she knew the song, she knew me all too well. I love you till my last breath, that was our line in the most unexpected times she would say it and it would take my breath away. Rora eventually forgot all about the test and stopped overstressing herself. Once the results were out, she passed with a 90% which I was so proud of her. The following days she ended up getting sick because of us dancing in the rain so I took it upon myself to look after her, I had skipped school on the Friday and bought her all her favorite snacks and cooked her some hot stew while she rested in her bed all day. We ended up laying and watching movies when I had noticed she was falling off to sleep, I laughed lightly because she was fighting it like a toddler. She pulled her tongue out and huffed then looked at me with an innocent smile, I knew she had come up with some idea so I told her to let it out. She wanted me to sing her a song until she fell asleep, at first I was hesitant but then she pulled the blame card and said that she wouldn't be in this state if I didn't take her to dance and she went on and on so I agreed to make her stop. I pulled her close to me and began to sing a lullaby my mother used to sing to me. "You Are My Sunshine My only sunshine. You make me happy When skies are grey. You'll never know, dear, How much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away The other night, dear, As I lay sleeping I dreamed I held you in my arms. When I awoke, dear, I was mistaken And I hung my head and cried. You are my sunshine, My only sunshine. You make me happy When skies are grey. You'll never know, dear, How much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away. As I finished the lullaby she was fast asleep, I pressed my palm against her forehead and was happy to see her fever was gone. I snuggled next to her and fell asleep with her in my arms. If this was what heaven felt like, then I never wanted to leave her side
