We got ready together to go out.
Katakuri has arranged some clothes for me.
It was a simple white basic tee and jeans.
It was comfortable even though I rarely wore jeans and stuff.
Katakuri told about all the places we are visiting with glittery eyes!
"(y/n) you had shown me all these beautiful places in your island so now it's my turn! I know the beach house had the best view but let me just boast about the beautiful gardens and all the cafes and restaurants in my island!"
"I can't wait to see all those! Especially the garden which was visible from the kitchen!"
"Oh you have noticed the orange farm!"
"Yes! The oranges looked delicious and juicy from far!"
"You will love them! Let's go!"
We roamed all around the castle which katakuri calls his "home" he had this fancy office and stuff. It was neat! It seemed so much like katakuri.

He made you sat on this beautiful bench as he started picking the oranges from tree for you.
You were so happy that he casually picked it out with a smile on his face.
Realisation of intense feeling towards katakuri.
You knew he was love of your life.
All these emotions you are feeling right now made you realise one thing for sure.
You wanted to spend rest of your life with him.
At this point you forgot all about big mom and other stuff.
More like you didn't care!
As you were deep in your thoughts-
"Snap back princess!" Katakuri said in teasing tone.
"Katakuri-sama! Woah! I think you picked a lot!"
"I guess I over did myself" he chuckled.
He sat beside you and started peeling the orange.
He carefully took out the extras and placed it on your hand.
It looked more delicious now!
"Katakuri-sama! Ahhhh"
"Oh! My bad!"
The orange was delicious! That too eating from your lovers hand added little bit of more sweetness to it!
You both sat there for a while talked about your favourite fruits from young age and how it's completely changed now and stuff!
Katakuri stopped you from having more oranges as he told you to keep room for all the "desserts party" that we are having later!
Yes he called cafe hopping as "desserts party".

The walk was long but it didn't seem like it as you couldn't take eyes of katakuri.
Small in between breaks took place, as the moment he caught you staring at him he showered you with kisses.
All these felt so magical.
You couldn't help but wonder "this day couldn't get any better!"
You both held hands as katakuri took you to places!
He took you to his favourite cafe where they make most delicious donuts! And they really were!
It was pretty late for lunch but you guys still went for open terrace restaurant with the prettiest view of Komugi Island.
You enjoyed your meal with nice vine and yummiest dessert!
You walked around the shopping district as you brought yourself some clothes to wear.
Katakuri told there was still one last place he wants to take you.

"Are you tired?"
"A little bit...."
"Shall we go back then?"
"No! I am actually not tired"
"Shall I carry to my back?"
"No! Even though it sounds tempting no!"
Katakuri smiled at you as you held his hand locking your fingers.
The walk towards place was silent one.
Katakuri's hands were sweaty which made me kind of nervous.
"Katakuri-sama.....is everything alright?"
"Yes! Why?!"
"You seemed little bit-"
"Ahh! It's because I am little bit tired myself!"
"Really? Then let's go back! We can come again tomorrow!"
"No no! I have already made up my mind!"
"Okay.....I guess"

It was a high elevated park with a huge tree which had beautiful flowers.
It was pretty isolated and not much people to be seen.
You got excited as well as nervous!
Your boyfriend was silent! Like completely silent! But his eyes were on you! Not on the beautiful sunset, not on the blooming flowers! But you!
You went closer to him caressing his cheeks and tracing his lips-
"What is it katakuri?"
"I love you"
"I love you too"
"And I want you to be my wife!"
"What-"
"That didn't sound right! My bad! I mean will you be my wife?"
"Katakuri-sama"

Katakuri's POV

Why am I so damn tensed?!
She probably noticed that I am tensed?
.
She looks happy. Will she be happy by staying with me for the rest of the life?
Telling her 'I love you' was far easy!
And I have not prepared anything special too. I know she is not the kind of person who expects fancy stuff? I should have atleast brought her a ring? But I don't want to overwhelm her! But I really want to let her know my true feelings!

She knows something is up.
She is looking at me!
Oh! She looks so beautiful!
I love her so so much!
It's now or never!

I fucked up! I really fucked up! It sounded kind of demanding!

"That didn't sound right! My bad! I mean will you be my wife?"

Katakuri's POV ends.

"Katakuri-sama....really?"
"I might be a pirate but I will make sure there no harm your way! I know there is probably someone better out there for you but I can't imagine someone else being your other half and-"
You jumped in for a kiss.
The Kiss was soft subtle which conveyed your feelings.
"I would love to be your wife! Oh my god! You have no idea how happy I am right now!" Tears started to fall through your eyes as you had the biggest smile on your face.
Katakuri's gaze softened as he looked at his soon to be wife looking beautiful even though she had tears on her eyes!
He remembered the time he gained consciousness and saw you for the first time when you were crying your eyes out in that beach house!
He realised that he had already made up his mind then and there itself! It's you and you alone!
Katakuri hugged you tight.
"Thank you (y/n)" he whispered as placed little peck on your neck.
"I love you too katakuri"

You both sat there for a while talking your feelings out about how you would have popped the question if he had not done it today.
Katakuri was relieved that he made up his mind to confess today itself.

"Wait! Is this what you were trying to telling in the morning! About staying with you?"
"Yeah...."
"Did you plan it or something? Did I fuck it up?"
"No no! That thought came instantly then and there out of no where!"
"Really?"
"I had been on edge whole day to tell my feelings!"
"I knew you were tensed but I didn't know this was the reason!"
"Yeah it was tough!"
"Awww come here! Let me just-"
You sat on Katakuri's lap and patted his head as you placed little love pecks on his face.
He held you tight as he jumped in for a deep kiss as the sun kissed earth indicating night.

(PS. I really want to write a chapter on wedding and wedding night but I feel like I should stop here! Does it feel hurried? Please let me know what you think! If possible I will write one more part on this? About katakuri's married life? But I really hope you enjoyed this story! Even though it was my first one! I enjoyed writing it a lot! And I am planning to write one more story on Doflamingo!)
