Your eyes were glittering as you told your mom every detail about your stay with katakuri.
She had a slight smile on her face seeing you happy.
"Mom..... I- I want to marry Katakuri and spend the rest of my life with him-"

"Listen to me please? I really do love him! So please can you give your blessings?"
"You have lost your mind (y/n)! You are forgetting how his family is? And you met him like few months back and you want to get married?!"

Your mom walked out your room.
You were not angry or sad. You knew this would be the outcome. And you also understood her feelings.
You laid on your bed as you stared at your ceiling.

Brûlée went back to wholecake chateau to see why katakuri was summoned.
She searched for Katakuri to tell him about you returning tomorrow.
That's when she heard some soldiers whispering about katakuri being summoned by big mom and some important things are being discussed and seems like katakuri is in trouble.
Brûlée got cold sweat all over her body.
She couldn't just barge in! That would get her in trouble.
She went to mirro world to see if she can evesdrop but it was not possible. Seems like it was done purposefully.
She didn't know what to do except to wait for her brother to come out safe and sound.

It has been hours since you had passed out on your bed.
You woke up and tried to search your mom but she was no where to be found.
"Seems like she is out.... Will talk to her once she comes back!"
You waited for her for hours but your mom didn't come back.
You started to get worried. You were scared! Thinking all the worst case scenarios!
Katakuri was summoned by big mom now your mom was out for way too long!
You heard footsteps! You literally ran towards kitchen.
"Mom! You scared me!"
You ran towards her and hugged her.
"Woah! It's okay sweetheart! What's wrong?"
"You took way too long!"
"Sorry. You were sleeping soundly so I didn't wake you up! And also I went to get groceries!"
"Geez! Atleast write a note or something next time!"

Awkward silence crawled in. The sound of paper bags were echoing.
"You know.....the bakery in the corner street?"
"Yeah! The one where they make pretzels and stuff?"
"Yeah. His daughter got married."
"That's great. He was worried for long time because he is already old and stuff."
"Yeah. I am happy to hear that. His daughter had pretty rough days without her mom."
"But still she is very young compared to her father don't you think?"
"Yeah! His wife had frequent miscarriages so..."

"Yeah. His wife was a very cheerful person. They both worked hard for that bakery. But she chose her daughter's life over hers."

"Mom.....I love him and nothing else matters to me? I am ready to fight for him and fight with him!"

Your mom's face softened. She knew deep down katakuri would never do that!
