Emetullah Rabia Gülnuş Sultan (: امت الله رابعه گلنوش سلطان; 1642 – 6 November 1715, ) was the Haseki of Ottoman Sultan Mehmed IV and Valide Sultan  to their sons Mustafa II and Ahmed III. She was a key political advisor during the reign of her husband and their sons. Therefore, she would often accompany her husband and her sons during their conquest campaigns around Europe and she was the only imperial consort to do so. In the early 18th century, she became the most influential woman in the Ottoman Empire.
