EEINE MEENIE is the third digital single from cube entertainment female soloist, ryun, released on march 11, 2024 to all streaming services and youtube. it includes two tracks in total, with the title track of the same name (featuring ateez's hongjoong).
a statement for this release came out of a social media post ryun made, along with announcing her 8th anniversary concert to fans. the post went viral for her heartfelt message to fans, as well as for the anticipation of who she would be collaborating with. fans speculated that she would be collaborating with a friend she'd known for a while, but were unsure of the gender. popular speculations included soyeon, hyoyeon, an nct member, b.i, and ash island. ryun posted an image with ateez's hongjoong to confirm their collaboration. the music video for eenie meenie gained over 74 million views in 24 hours. ryun later revealing that hongjoong wrote the lyrics for his part. due to conflicting schedules, the pair were only able to do two stages together, with several of their interactions from behind the scenes content going viral for their friendliness. it would be announced that she would attend the waterbomb festival 2024 seoul on march 22.
