Without hesitation, you accepted Dark's invitation, placing your hand in his as he led you to the centre of the flower-filled field. With a gentle smile, he pulled you close, guiding you in a graceful dance beneath the sunset hues.

As you twirled and swayed to the music, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the magic of the moment, you felt a sense of pure bliss wash over you. Here, in this enchanting oasis, time seemed to stand still, allowing you to savour every precious moment shared with Dark, the partner you wished he could have been.

Dark's hand rested firmly on the small of your back, guiding you with effortless precision as you moved in perfect harmony with him. The scent of the tulips filled the air, their vibrant colours adding to the enchanting atmosphere. Above you, the sky was ablaze with shades of orange and pink, casting a warm glow over the landscape.

Dark's eyes never left yours, their depths filled with an intensity that sent shivers down your spine. It was as if he could see into your very soul, understanding every thought and emotion that crossed your mind. And as the music swelled around you, you knew that this dance would be etched in your memory forever, a fleeting moment of perfection in an imperfect world.

With every step, Dark led you with unwavering confidence, his movements commanding yet tender. His touch sent tingles of electricity through your skin. The tulips swayed in the breeze around you, their petals brushing against your legs as Dark spun you around. This was all you ever wished for, it was like the fairytales you read as a kid.

You laid your head on Dark's shoulder, finding comfort in his embrace, but then the memory of his smug expression during the wedding debacle flashed in your mind. Your head shot up, and you fixed him with a questioning gaze. "Did you have anything to do with the drama?" you asked, trying to hide the amusement in your voice.

Dark looked skyward, as if considering his response, before giving a nonchalant shrug. "Perhaps," he admitted, a hint of mischief dancing in his eyes.

You couldn't help but chuckle, giving his chest a playful smack. "That was so rude! I loved it," you joked. "But how?"

"Well," Dark began, his smirk growing wider, "let's just say someone received a rather interesting invitation to the wedding, courtesy of an anonymous sender. After that, things simply fell into place." He looked down at you, his gaze filled with satisfaction.

You didn't know how much of this remained, so you had to ask, "So... what about the price?" You hated that question; it ruined the beauty of the moment, shattering the delusional daydream you had wrapped around it. For some reason, Dark looked away, and for the first time, his frown was evident.

"Your price," he started, taking a deep breath. You both stopped swaying, but his hands remained on your hips as you stood before him, softly clutching the jacket of his suit. There was something in his expression as his eyes found your face, a vulnerability hidden beneath the mask of his stoicism. It was as if he were baring his divine soul to you, laying bare the complexities of his existence. And as he trailed down to those pretty lips of yours, you felt a surge of longing wash over you, mingled with a hint of apprehension.

At that moment, the world seemed to stand still, suspended in a delicate balance between desire and uncertainty. You yearned to lean in, to bridge the gap between you and taste the forbidden fruit of intimacy.

"If you would allow me to indulge in the sweetness of your lips, even if just for a moment. I understand if it breaches the boundaries we've set, but..." His voice trailed off, leaving a palpable tension between you. Your heart raced with anticipation, caught off guard by his unexpected request. The once-present orchestra faded into the background, leaving only the serene rustling of nature enveloping the two of you.
