The nurse looked at you, shocked as to why a patient in the hospital was awake at almost 4 in the morning.
"Couldn't sleep." You just shrugged, reading her expression.
You just didn't like sleeping without Alhaitham, actually. And especially what just happened 2 hours ago, you wouldn't be sleeping for a whiiileeee.
"Ah- the coma kid. Should be awake soon. Relation?" She asked.
"Sister." You sighed out. "Y/N Mundo."
She nodded. "Down the hall, room 160."
"And Pantalone Harbinge?"
She just gave another confused look, but with the way you looked absolutely dead inside and was not in the mood to take anyone's shit, she just decided to let it pass. "Upstairs, room 220."
"And-"
"How many more people." She groaned out, starting to get annoyed.
"Ajax Tartaglia. He might be under Childe." You didn't give her the satisfaction of getting annoyed either. She's a night nurse- her life is difficult enough as it is.
After a few seconds, she answered. "Hm, not too far from your friend. Room 240."
"One final question," You gave a fake smile and she just deadpanned. "Do you have paper and pen?"
She nodded. "How much you need?"
"Two. Just one pen."
"No shit."
You would've snorted if you were in the mood.
"Thanks." You spoke bitterly as you took the papers, walking away and back towards your own room.
It's been an hour since he left, and it took all of your willpower to even speak after that hour.
