The person at the reception looked up from their desk and sees a young woman with long H/C hair, S/C skin and piercing cold E/C eyes. She was tall, and I mean really tall. She seems like a cold beauty, but too bad that scar on her face ruins it. (BITCH- YOU FUCKIN' BLIND-?! OUR MOM'S FUCKIN' GORGEOUS-!     -Y/N's children)

The receptionist quickly dons a professional customer service smile "Hello ma'am and welcome to our orphanage. What can I help you with?" The woman looks around the place before looking at the receptionist "I'm looking to adopt a child." The receptionist can't help but shiver at the monotone voice, it felt so oppressive.

"O-Oh...I-Is there any p-particular age you're looking for?" The receptionist asked nervously, the woman nods "I'm looking to adopt an infant." The receptionist quickly looked through the files on their desk and found two suitable children for her and offered it to her "T-These are the only two infants we have in our o-orphanage. A girl and a boy." The woman skimmed through the files before placing them down "May I see them?" The receptionist nods "O-Of course! R-Right this way, ma'am."

After a bit of walking, they entered a room. There, the woman saw two cribs "These are the babies, ma'am." The woman hums before walking up to the cribs, she looks at both babies for a while before picking both up carefully. The receptionist wanted to stop her but was too afraid to speak once she glanced at them coldly, she then carefully studied the babies' features and can't help but frown.

'....Too thin.' She felt distress for the poor babies. She thinks for a moment before coming to a decision "I'm taking them both." She announced as she looks over at the receptionist "W-What?...A-Are you sur-" The receptionist wanted to ask her about her decision considering that it's hard to raise two children, not to mention the two children were of mixed blood but the woman firmly cuts them off "I'm taking both and that's final."

The receptionist dare not question her anymore and the woman was able to go through the process smoothly, after leaving the building with her two new found children, she gently caressed their cheek "I'll be your new mother now, Karin and Klaus." She softly spoke to the two babies, the only response she got was the babies cuddling into her more with a cute little smile of contentment on their little faces that practically melted the woman's heart.

"Once all of this is over, I'll bring you both to meet the rest of your siblings.....They'll absolutely adore you two..." She softly spoke to them, Klaus slowly opened his eyes and looks up at the woman before reaching his hand out and grasping her nose and giggling. The woman, Y/N, smiles softly at him before glancing over to his twin sister, who was also awake and was staring at her, seemingly in wonder.

"C'mon sweethearts. Come to mama now." She softly beckons to the two toddlers, Klaus was the first to try and stand up and succeeded before trying to walk. Karin blinks her innocent little eyes at her before starting to crawl over to her "Ah- Sweetie no- Try to walk baby-" Klaus almost trips on himself but Y/N quickly caught him as he giggles in delight, Karin also arrives and grabs at her pants leg while looking at her, seemingly asking for praise.

Y/N could only smile helplessly and starts peppering her babies with affection.

"Merry Christmas sweethearts!" Y/N happily spoke to her children, the blonde twins marveled at the array of dishes on the table, despite having her magic restrained in this world, that didn't stop Y/N from providing the best for her children, especially since her tail isn't exactly considered 'magic' "Thank you mama for the meal!" Klaus happily hugged his mother, Karin also comes and hug her mother "Thank you mama...." She softly thanked.
