Talulahh's POV:

"I don't get it. How did Viggo get away?" Hiccup asked. "How did we lose Heather, Windshear, and the Flightmare?"

"I don't even want to think about what they're going to do to her and those dragons." Astrid said.

"Aww, I'm so sorry, girl." I bent down, looking at the green bruise that had already formed on Sapphire's side.

Fishlegs and the twins landed on the ship. "You guys find anything?" Hiccup looked at them.

"No, the fog was too thick." Fishlegs replied. "They used it as cover and just vanished."

"We should've just pulled Heather out." Astrid said, looking guilty. "I knew something like this was-"

I grab her hand. "Astrid, she wouldn't have come with us." I told her.

"It could be worse." Tuff said as him and his sister walked up, still glowing. "We could've brought the Dragon Eye." Ruffnut elbowed him.

"How do you know I didn't bring the Dragon Eye?" Hiccup looked at the two.

"How did I know you didn't bring the Dragon Eye?" Tuff repeated. Ruff elbowed him again.

"Yeah, okay, you're right. I didn't bring it." Hiccup admitted.

"Thank Thor." Astrid muttered.

"No kidding." Snotlout landed on the ship. "Then, Viggo would have Heather, Windshear, the Flightmare, and the Dragon Eye."

"Which is still back on Dragon's Edge, completely unguarded." Hiccup realized.

We looked around at the Edge, which was torn apart. "Look at this. I feel violated." Fishlegs said.

"This is the last part of Viggo's plan." Hiccup looked around.

"Lead us away from the Edge so the rest of the Hunters and armada can stay behind and come after the Dragon Eye." Snotlout concluded.

"How did I not see that?" Hiccup questioned.

"Maybe you had your eyes closed." I shrugged. He gave me an unamused look.

We walked to his hut. "It's gone." Hiccup said, looking in the chest where he usually kept the Dragon Eye. "They got it."

"Are you sure you put it away after you got it back from the twins?" Snotlout asked.

"Got it back from the twins? What are you talking about?" Hiccup questioned.

"Wow, they really wrecked this place." Hiccup observed as we walked into the cave.

"This is pretty much how we left it." Snotlout shrugged.

"Except, I don't remember that sword being there." Tuff raised his eyebrow, looking at the sword that was stabbed through an apple, which was placed in a stuffed yak's mouth.

"No, no, no, no. Remember, we were playing Pirates vs Vikings and Bjorn was the Pirate Captain?" Snotlout jogged his memory.

"Oh, right." Tuffnut chuckled. "That is one great game. Yeah, this is pretty much how we left it."

Tuffnut picked up the Dragon Eye with two fingers. Black goo was dripping off of it. "What on Earth is on there?" Hiccup asked.

"Boar rind grease. Don't worry, it'll buff out." Tuff answered, handing it to Hiccup, who held it carefully.

"Ew." I grimaced.

"I can't believe you took this without telling me." Hiccup said. "You know, all you had to do was ask and you could've used it. It belongs to all of us."
