Chapter 87: Which means he's gotta get rid of us.

Scene for Kingdom Hearts: Hollow Man

The next morning, the heroes and team are down in the lab. They're just walking and standing around. With Roland, he's walking down the hall. He hears the elevator coming down. And Linda walks out of it. As she walks out, she bumps into Sebastian. She gasps.

Sebastian: Why so jumpy? 

Linda: (Walks around him) You just surprised me. 

Sebastian: No "good morning" for me today? You don't love me anymore. 

Linda: Just in a hurry. 

Sebastian: Well, that's ok. (Whispers) It's gonna be a busy day. 

He looks at Roland, who looks at him. Roland gives him a slow nod. Sebastian walks back to his room. With the heroes, they're up in the control and monitor room with Matt and Joshua. They see Sebastian in his room on the camera. Linda comes in.

Linda: Hi. When did he get back? 

Matt: 3:00 am. His brother has been with him, and he's been wandering around the lab ever since. 

Joshua: Roland's still keeping an eye on him though. But it looks a little strange. 

Linda: Has Kramer called yet? 

Matt: He's probably meeting with the committee trying to figure out what to do. 

Linda: We should've heard something. I'm calling.

Sora: Are me and my friends in trouble?

Linda: No. You're not. We told him that you had nothing to do with it. Don't worry. 

She walks to the phone, and picks it up. She dials a number, and waits. 

Linda: Hello. Is Dr. Kramer there? (Listens) What? (Pauses) Oh, my gosh.

They all look at her. Joshua stands up from his chair. Matt walks to her.

Matt: What's wrong?

Linda: (To everyone) He's dead.

Matt: What?

Joshua: What do you mean, dead? 

Linda: He drowned in his pool last night. 

Jeremy: But didn't you both talk to him last night?

Linda: We did. 

The heroes all look at each other. How did Dr. Kramer? Could it have been...? No, they thought. He couldn't have known that quick. Linda dials another number.

Linda: General Caster, please. (Hears the disconnects line) Hello? Hello! (Dials) There's no dial tone. 

Matt walks to the other phone, and tries to use it. 

Matt: There's no outside line here either. 

Joshua: What? Impossible. I just fixed the cables. 

Linda: We better go up and alert security. 

Sora: Kairi, Riku, come with me. Guys, stay here. 

Sora, Kairi, and Riku follow Linda, Matt, and Joshua to the elevator. They all walk to the elevator, and get on it. 

Computer voice: Authorization, please.

Linda: McKay 1-Delta-8-3-5. 

Computer voice: Authorization invalid. Request denied. 

They all look at the panel. They're all confused at that.

Sora: Uh...

Linda: That's a first. (Pushes the buttons) McKay 1-Delta-8-3-5.
