The redhead had woken early after another nightmare ridden sleep and she was trying to keep her mind off dead parents, mysteries, and a blonde hero. She had thought to go for a run but she wasn't the athletic type, that was Flora. She did, however, go out for some air just to catch Musa entering the school with red cheeks, a shy smile, a rose in hand and a small note in the other. Bloom still had not been able to figure out who the guy was who Musa was seeing, and while she loved to snoop around a bit, Musa was mostly keeping him a secret for a reason.
Flora's bed was already empty and made, the brunette having gone for her usual morning run, and the only other person awake was Musa. The girl was playing her guitar in the common room, trying hard to be quiet but it was quite loud from where she sat. Bloom glanced down at the picture that had come together beneath her pencil, the redhead rolled her eyes as she crumbled up the paper and throwing it in her bin. She was used to- or at least trying to - drawing landscapes but somehow she found herself drawing realistic drawing of the beast that haunted them just before last term ended.
Bloom still had nightmares about that day. She wondered how things were going with the Trix, as the last she had heard about them was that they were placed in detention for the rest of the school year. From what she had heard from the seniors their detention was much harsher and more extreme than Alfea's or Beta's.
The chances of them getting out of it was close to zero. So, she wasn't going to be seeing them any time soon. The redhead picked her phone up, wanting to talk to her best friend. The phone ran and he almost immediately picked up. “Are you in the hospital again?”
Bloom smiled to herself. “No. Why would you think that?”
“Because recently you've only ever called me if you're in the hospital severely injured,” Andy retorted and Bloom shook her head, now realising how true that was. With how busy both of them had gotten, they haven't had much time to just talk. Andy could answer the phone at any time, it's Bloom who had much more pressing matters to attend to. This was earth where she could text on her phone during class, she had to stay focused in class.
“Sorry, Andy. I just miss you.”
“Me too, flower girl but summer break is approaching so we'll be back together soon enough,” Andy said. Bloom sighed, leaning back in her bed. It's been almost a year since she's been at Alfea and somehow it still felt like just yesterday she came walking into this school with Stella at her side, pretending to be Princess Varanda.
It was hilarious thinking back to the two of them actually believing it would work.
“I can't wait. You, Amberly and Miranda will finally be able to spend some real quality time together,” Bloom said through the phone. There was silence on the other end, that made the girl frown.
“Andrés?”
“Amberly, Miranda and I aren't exactly on speaking terms at the moment.” That confused the heck out of Bloom. Before Bloom became friends with the two girls Andy had already known Miranda, they were friend. That was how she met her and the three of them became friends with Amberly later on.
The thought that Andy wasn't speaking to them made the girl believe something must've happened. “What? What happened?”
Andy scoffed. “Nothing much. You don't need to worry yourself about, it'll all be fixed soon.” Bloom hummed. She and Andy had fought a lot over the years and they had eveb went as far as not speaking to each other. So, it may have been something small that could be fixed.
