It was Sunday. Sana and I were fidgeting nervously. We paced up and down the halls brainstorming.

"Any ideas?"

"None. You? "

"No! You're the brains and I'm the brawn you know that! "
It was true. She was significantly stronger than I yet so skinny.

"What time did she say she was coming over?" I held her shoulders and asked her. At this point, I was referring to Heather Fawn , my cousin.

She had abandoned our family after converting to Christianity. She was truly a nice girl but I don't know what happened to her. Now she did drugs and slept around. She didn't even follow Christianity that seriously.

I couldn't help but wonder why she called ME of all people.

"She didn't give any specific time she just said she'll stop by." Sana responded fearfully.

"The world depends on it Sana." I screamed and shook her shoulders violently. Maybe I was being overly dramatic but still a lot was at stake.
I never wanted to see Heather again especially after she tried to adopt me.
Yes, she was crazy.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang and it stopped me from pacing.
Sana's eyes widened to the size of tennis ball's and trust me, she had pretty huge eyes.

"You get it. Go go." She said as she pushed me towards the door.

"Hell no its you house. You go." I pushed off with my feet stopping her.

"But really I insist you get it."

"Hey this is all you fault y'know. We wouldn't be in this situation if you hadn't given her the address!" I pointed my finger in her face.

"Why are you girls bickering so early in the morning?" Sameer came in. He looked as if he had just woken up.
Yusuf trailed behind him and smacked him on the head.

"It's midday not morning. Something wrong ladies?" Yusuf asked.

Sana had a glint of worry in her eyes. I didn't mean what I said I was just angry. "I'm sorry, San. It's not your fault. I didn't know what got into me-"

She cut me off by pulling me into a hug.

The sound of the doorbell ringing again ruined the moment.

"Ew. Seriously I'll never understand women. First you're all angry and b*tchy and then you're sad and crying and stuff. Gross." Sameer muttered and went to the fridge. We rolled our eyes at his immaturity. Then I realized, Sameer , had feelings for me. Ughh. Okay I need to distance myself from him.

"I'll get the door." Yusuf was fed up of the damn bell constantly ringing in his ears.

"So...are we cool?" I asked looking at Sana.

"Duhh we're cool. We're inseparable, remember? Sana and Saba. The beauties with brains." We laughed.

"Hey, you guys want anything to eat?"
Sameer asked from the kitchen.

"Yeah sure." Sana replied.

"Saba?" He asked. I turned away from him. Awkward. I couldn't help but feel as if things had totally changed between us. I mentally sighed.

He ignored the situation and then Sana and him got into an argument because neither of them wanted to cook.

I faced palmed myself. To be honest, I wasn't really concerned about them. My thoughts were in Yusuf. What was taking him so long?

"Oh crap! Sana! Heather!" We both sprinted towards the door and pushed Yusuf aside.

There she was. Her shoulder length, obviously fake blonde hair was draped on her shoulders and she wore a white mini skirt and a blue tank top. Sana's mouth fell to the floor but Yusuf was just puzzled.

"Heather?" He asked.

How the hell did he know her?

"Yusuf! How come you're here?" She said in a high pitched voice.

She completely ignored me and wrapped her arms around Yusuf's neck.

"Saba I didn't know you knew my boyfriend."
