I looked to see the infamous Craig Tucker, also known as the school bad boy. I've heard he is a great athlete, but he can't stay out of trouble long enough for him to be eligible to play.

"Are you crying?" he asked, taking a closer look at me.

I took a deep breath and wiped my tears away, "No, I'm fine."

I got up to leave, but Craig shoved me back down onto the chair.

"Craig, I'm fine, I-"

He flipped me off, "Bull shit, now what happened?"

I looked to the ground, "Why do you care?"

He was silent for a while but finally said, "I guess, I just want to know what could possibly cause the most perfect girl I know to cry."

"I'm not perfect," I stated.

He let out a laugh, "Let's see, you are pretty, not stuck up like all the other girls, pretty chill to hang around, funny, smart- it's actually ridiculous how perfect you are."

"I'm not that smart," I admitted. "I'm failing geometry."

"Me too," Craig commented.

"But I actually try," I whined.

"Don't tell me that's why you were crying," Craig responded.

"No," I gave him a weak smile.

he looked off to space and finally realized, "This is about Kyle, isn't it?"

My eyes widened, "How did you-"

"Look, I may not go to class often, but when I do, I notice things. And, I noticed the way you look at Kyle. It makes me sick," he explained.

"Not that it matters anymore," I said more to myself than him.

"You know what, fuck him. If he wants to choose Bebe over you, then, that's his problem," Craig declared.

"I gave him a forced smile when my phone went off. Kyle was calling.

"Speak of the devil," I muttered.

Before I knew it, Craig snatched my phoned from my hands and answered the call.

"(Y/N), can we please talk. I-"

"Sorry man, you snooze you lose," Craig interrupted.

"Craig? What the hell?" Kyle questioned.

Craig hung up the phone and looked to me, "You look tense. Ditch with me?"

"I can't do that. I have to help Ky-" I stopped myself.

Do I really want to see Kyle? Nah, besides, what's missing one day?"

I smirked do Craig, "Yeah, let's go."
