A/N: Just thought I would say... I truly would appreciate a comment. Even if it's just 'cool' - I know it sounds silly, but I genuinely do love to hear what you guys think. I work so damn hard on my writing, and I'm not about to refuse to write until I get a certain amount of votes or comments, but I truly would appreciate just a simple, small comment. I've had a rough day and I would appreciate it so much. :) Thanks guys!<3

           Thirty two

“So where are they going?” I ask; a familiar itching sensation in my stomach.

He walks a step behind, struggling to keep up with me despite him supposedly meant to be leading me.

“Well, I’m not entirely sure what Drusilla’s plan is – but I know that she’s taking a ferry tonight. I don’t know where to.”

“But you know where from, right?” I bark.

“Yes, it’s not too far from here – but she’ll reach it before us.”

“Well how do we get there fast enough?”

“I know someone else who can teleport. He’s meeting us.”

“Needing someone to teleport is the reason I’m in this damn mess,” I snap.

“Yes, but he’s a good friend of mine and he keeps himself out of all messy situations involving other creatures.”

   “So what is he?”

“A Demon. But he’s not as bad as the others.”

“I’ve heard that before,” I scoff.

“He’s the only one who can help us,” he replies softly.

I whirl around and he almost knocks into me, barely stopping himself in time.

“Listen okay? He’d better not screw me around ‘cause I swear, I’ll kick his damn ass from here to Tokyo, okay? He’d better take us right there or god damn it, I’ll –“

“You’ll what?” A voice says quietly behind me – sounding more than a little amused.

I turn slowly, feeling sudden power filling the space around me – suffocating me almost. I struggle to breathe.

I kind of knew who it was before I turned around. It’s still a little bit of a surprise. I take a moment, staring at his face in utter shock for a moment.

   “You...” I breathe.

He smiles a familiar, cocky smile. “Yes, me. Miss me?”

Without another word, I leap at him.
