Brief Epilogue...

The morning following was surreal. Tom booked his own room but wound up staying with Nina through to sunrise, just talking about everything and anything. The one thing that Tom couldn't stop himself repeating to her, to himself, was that he'd be good to her. It was the least she deserved.

Who knew what the future would hold for them? What good might come of the relationship? Nina's mother would be pleased, that was for sure. Probably more excited than Nina. Although that was doubtful, because the minute she'd seen him, her heart had soared and she hadn't taken her mind off of him for one minute. It sounded cliche but it was very true.

[A/N] okay, so this is me temporarily (really, really badly) tying things off with this story! thank you so much for reading this far (if you have)... i might add more in the future if i get inspired, but i feel like i owe everyone some kind of ending, even if it is appalling. but i'm working on better things-this was my first proper fic, and i'm surprised that it surpassed 1k, let alone 10k.
