I sat and watched Mike carefully. He was staring at nothing. He was thinking about someone.

Oh shit. What if he still liked Alicia? I knew she liked me and I liked her. I didn't want Mike hurt.

Tré waved a hand infront of Mike's face.

"Earth to Dirnt." He said. Mike blinked and looked at Tré.

"What?" He asked.

"Uh, hi. I've been trying to speak to you for the last 5 minutes." Tré said.

"Oh." Mike replied, going red. I leaned forward.

"What... I'm sorry, WHO... were you thinking about Mikey?" I asked. He turned bright, bright red. Heh.

"No-one." He said quickly, and took his bass over to the side of the room, putting it in a stand. Alicia walked in. I flashed her a smile and she smiled back.

"What are we talking about?" She asked.

"Mike has a cruuuush." Tré sang.

Alicia raised an eye brow.

"Is it who I think it is?" She asked Mike.

"I don't know, who do you think it is?" Mike asked. Alicia grinned.

"Don't make me say her name." She said. Mike nodded quickly.

Suddenly a girl with caramel hair and blue eyes poked her head through the door.

"Alicia? We have science right?" She asked.

"Hi Lauren. Yeah, we do." Alicia replied.

"Thanks. Hi, Mike." Lauren said. Mike waved and then Lauren left.

Alicia laughed. "You couldn't even speak to her," She said.

"Shut up." Mike muttered.

"Oh, is that the girl Mike has a crush on?" I asked. Alicia nodded.

"I do not have a crush. Lauren and I are friends. That's it." Mike said firmly.

"...Mauren." Tré said and Alicia and I laughed.

Mike rolled his eyes and went over to his bass, throwing it over his shoulder and leaving.

"Try catch up with Mrs Pritchard!" I yelled.

"Lauren's last name is Pritchard?" Alicia asked.

"No, Mike's is." I said.

"I thought it was Dirnt?" She said.

"Oh no, we named him that." I said.

"You people have weird names." She laughed.

"We do not." Tré gasped.

"Yeah you're right, Frank Edwin Wright III." I said, and Alicia burst out laughing.
