Chapter 6

Hikari POV

Right now me and Karai were now scanning the city for any signs of Ara. It's only been an hour of searching and I'm sick of being around that 'daddy's girl'.. She doesn't even look like she could even be Shredders daughter for all I know.
My thoughts were cut short when Karai slammed me down to a brick wall near an ally way, her murderous glare burning into my skin.

"Hey stupid, focus on the mission and stop daydreaming.. I didn't accept this mission for you to goof off" she said. Taking her grip off my shoulders she jumps away by roof as I just stood here.

"H-hey! Wait up!!" I called out and followed out with her. She was too fast for me so I could barely keep up with her, Kami I hate doing this job with her.. Just kill me now.

Wait. Why do I need to follow her?? I can find Ara myself and then maybe master Shredder will think I'm better than Karai! And then I'll get a promotion!!

'Yeah! I can find her myself no problem'

I switched directions as I head to the last place where that ball of fur had Ara before he left her. Good thing I talked to him, or more like pestered him for answers for the last five hours. And to tell you the truth it was worth it, it's payback for letting Ara get missing!

I started earlier today..

"Hey Fur balls! Tell me where you and Ara went!"
"No.. And don't call me fur balls!"

Near lunchtime.....

"Tell me! I know you will so tell me now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now-"
"AUGH!!!"

Yeah he ran off on that one..

An hour before I left

Tigerclaw was reading a scroll in his room as I was hiding from the ceiling of his kitten cell.. A special surprise inside a bucket I was holding I poured it on the ugly cat. He was covered in blue permanent ink I, ahem, 'borrowed' from the ink that Master Shredder had.

Swinging down upside down to his face I gave him a devious grin.

"Tell. Me. Where. Ara. Is. Now!"

Yeah~ so five hours of that and I finally got him to talk!

When I was about to get close to my destination I heard clashing weapons and laser shots to my right.
'Wonder what's happening?' I thought. I was a curious person so being the curious bear cub equivalent I was I followed the noise. I soon regret it. What I saw was unbelievable! These men in black shooting laser guns at..

The turtles?!? Didn't I see them when Ara had beat up some crook for an old lady's purse?? Oh well! Might as well enjoy the show and ask questions later because I'm getting nowhere, the mission can wait a bit longer..

As I watched the fight happening from the shadows it was entertaining me, letting me sit back and watch them beat each other up for some reason I could really care less about. Though through the battle I didn't notice that someone was missing from the turtles group until a weapon was poked on the back of my neck..

"It's you again.."

Didn't see that coming.. I'm in so much trouble when this is over.
