Once upon a midnight bloom
Sending us to our doom
(me to my doom, sending you to your doom, you sent me to my doom, I sent you to your doom)
No sooner it buds
Then we it suds, Then pain it suds
I did not want it for fear of you
I only wanted friendship true
Our love our life is more than us
That's why for it I make a fuss
Can you see I need you so
I need that death fill flower to grow
This I do truly know
I need friendship yet it is gone
is it yet young as a faun
I was wrong and you where right
Yet I still put up a fight
I couldn't last another day
I needed to have my say
I laid with death our same way
I know now I did you betray
I find in you my other stay
Will I die or will you
still I wish it weren't true
You need me and I need you
Yet I haven't one more clue
Once upon a midnight bloom
sending us to our doom
It would kill us
but yet not so
That black blue and red flower
Stands before me like a tower
I can't climb its heights alone
I need you from off your throne
Friends forever till the end
even past death it would send
Us on through our path
Releasing your wrath
As I cringe and hide in fear
I yet do I draw near
I need you and you I
This is just one cry
Endless plea
I make to thee
Help me now to heal our friendship
That one flower did it break
I can't know how I did slip
Was our life all but fake
Once upon a midnight bloom
sending us to our doom
I with you and you with I
Go and sail the stary sky
Will with me you fly
I hear your one cry
I can't on myself depend
I need you my only friend
I might have friends galore
but you only hold the door
I need the key to break deaths bonds
Once upon a midnight bloom
sending us to our doom
One small harmless little flower
Did wreck my little world this hour
I with happiness attend
That one day our friendship mend
Is this to be my end
With you I would gladly it spend
help me now I do pray
In you my other stay
I with joy to attend
the ball where you it will end
I must help and you must to
Although together we do rue
That Once Upon A midnight bloom
I sent Us To Our DOOM.
