Let's tip the scales.
Me on one side you on the other
But here's another
A catch a flaw a fatal law
I must close my eyes
And you tell me as it tries
To compare us both
As we step on I close my lids
Now you must tell me what is hid
I feel myself rise thus you fall telling me you're best of all
You lie and say
We're just the same.
I could never deserve one as you
Yet you seem to think I do
I trust you yet
Won't let you fall,
But am I trustworthy at all?
I've never had such dumb luck
When karma strikes it'll suck
Because I'm in love with you
And you say you are too
I kick myself for being blind
I pride myself on being kind
But I've once again missed
What's right in front if me
And with a yes I'll still your's be
But how can I when I can't believe
That I'm right for you when you're so right for me
I want to tip the scales with you
And will you let me see
If level the scales will be?

Randompoems by me. Try not to judge too harshly some of these were made at 13-14 years old. The new-ish ones start at "scars inside" so, um... enjoy?
