Starco: Star's First Halloween

One-shot #2

Ok this one I came of with when I was writing a story for my writing lab teacher

Star and Marco's first roller coaster

*STAR POV*
I have no idea where we're going. Mr and Mrs. Diez keep talking about a place called a bored walk and taking Marco and I. Then I walk pass Marco's room and he looks scared and I wonder why he's scared

Star: Marco, why are you scared?
Marco: because Star, we're going to a bored walk called Roller Coaster park and it has nothing but roller coasters and I'm terrified of them
Star: oh Marco, it's ok

I give him a hug, a kiss, and he looks better

Marco: Thanks Star
Star: no problem now what is a roller coaster?
Marco: a roller coaster is a thing with cars that you sit in and it rolls on a track
Star: cool I can't wait!
Marco: well Star, some are scary and I don't want that to ruin your first time on a roller coaster
Star: Marco, it's fine
Marco: ok
Mr. Diez: kids! Time to go!

We look at each other and I say something that makes Marco even better

Star: together?
Marco: together

He grabs my hand, we go down stairs, to the car, and go to Roller Coaster Park. When we got into the park I look in amazement and say oh my god!
Star: oh my god! So many roller coasters
Mrs. Diez: you kids have fun we'll meet you at the car at 5pm, ok?
Star/Marco: ok

Mr and Mrs. Diez leave and I ask Marco which one do we go on first

Star: so Marco, which one do we go on first?

*MARCO POV*
Oh god I'm terrified but I can't show because of Star and I don't want her to see me like this. Then she asks which one do we go on first so I look around and see a good one

Marco: how about that one?

She looks over and I see the name of it; it's called the "Great White"

Star: sure lets go
Marco: ok

I'm a little scared and Star sees it so she holds out her hand and saids

Star: together?
Marco: together

I grab her hand and we go to the roller coaster

~20 minutes later~

After waiting on line it's out turn so we get in a car, buckle our seat belts, wait for the ride to start, then we start to roll down the track.

~one minute and 20 seconds later~

That ride was cool. I wasn't really scared but Star looked nervous maybe she's scared of roller coasters but I don't know. Then I look for one that is a little scarer but not to scary for Star then I find one called "Exposition Everest." Star will like that

Marco: Star, I found other one come on
Star: (nervously) ok
Marco: Star, it's ok I'll be with you, ok?
Star: (puts a smile on her face) ok

We walk to the roller coaster, we wait, get into the car, buckle up, then the ride starts

~two minutes later~

I liked it even more but Star got kinda scared I think she doesn't like roller coasters but it's almost 5 so we have time time for one more. I look and find one its called "Kingda ka" I. Not sure about Star but I want to go on
(Video at the top, I watched it and I don't have the guts to even get on the thing oh god)

Marco: Star, this is the last one, ok?
Star: (scared) ok
Marco: remember I'm right here,ok? So don't freak out, ok?
Star: ok
Marco: good now let's get on line
Star: ok

We get on line, we wait, get in the car, we buckle our seat belts, then the ride starts

*STAR POV*
I'm really scared I hold Marco's hand tightly then the ride starts and I scream when it goes really fast. Then we go straight up so I wrap my arms around Marco's waist clutching him, bury my face in his chest, unconditionally tremble, I start to scream, and then cry for some reason. Then I feel Marco's arms hold me in a comforting hug and I calm down a little but not enough to stop trembling, screaming, or let him go. Then the ride stops and I let him go to unbuckle my seatbelt and for him too then clutch him again as we walk out of the park to the car.

*MARCO POV*
Oh god I'm a terrible boyfriend! I made Star tremble, scream, cry, she's clutching me, and won't let go so the only thing I can do is try to calm her down and hold her. Also I hear her whimper once in awhile so when that happens I hold her tighter. When we get to the car my parents are already in there so we get in, buckle up, and we go home so for the rest of the ride I hold her then after a while she falls asleep still clutching me. When we get to the house I carry her in, take her to her room, lay her down on my bed, and I stay with her so she doesn't freak out when she wakes up.

~one hour later~

Star wakes up and I say sorry for scaring her like that

Marco: Star, I'm sorry I took you on that roller coaster I'm a terrible boyfriend for doing that
Star: Marco, your not a terrible boyfriend and it's ok I'm just glad I had you to hold
Marco: ok now come here

I hug her, kiss her, then we talk about the roller coasters we went on and it's fun to talk about

So that is their first roller coaster so until next time Keep Calm and Read On
