Dom spent the whole weekend with her, they talked about their children, work and old friends.

Dom told her more about Drake's mom, Rita. She's an actress in the Queen's land but based in Miami and currently dating a Scottish prince.

Sadly, Drake grew to accept the fact this his mother will not be a part of his life.

But Allie could see the longing in his eyes every time he saw the attention James got from her.

She found herself wanting to fill the void Rita left in Drake's heart but no one could ever take the place of a mother.

Turning away from her computer, she picked up her phone and redialed Tyler's phone.

He answered on the second ring.

"Hi mom!"

James squealed, sounding excited and breathless.

Allie smiled warmly. "Someone's excited this morning!"

She said in a sing-song voice.

"Yeah! Uncle T and I are playing football and I'm winning!!"

James squealed again, she nearly cringed.

"That's because I let you win!"

Tyler said I the background.

"No! I'm winning 'cause I'm better than you!"

James argued, she could practically see him sticking his tongue at Tyler.

"I'm better than uncle T. Right mom?"

James said when he finally realised she was still on the phone.

"That's right sweetie, you're the best."

She said and heard James laugh mockingly at Tyler.

What was Molly teaching her son?

"How's Aunt Molly doing?"

Allie asked, they seized their bickering.

"She's fine, her tommy's really huge!"

Allie laughed.

"Of course it is! There's a baby growing inside."

She said and got a grunt of agreement from James.

"Jimmy I miss you."

She said seriously.

"Unfortunately for you, James is not missing you."

Tyler said playfully.

"That's not true mommy, I miss you too."

Allie smiled.

"I know."

She said and turned back to the computer. Yupp mails were pilling up.

"I have to go now. Love you!"

She said and hung up quickly. Yupp.. Another hectic day.

She slipped her phone back into her purse. Work time.

Allie sighed for the nth time in two hours, her head was swirling with several thoughts.

What does Dom want from her?

Was it just sex?

She couldn't even refuse him, one touch and she was gone.

She didn't want anything from from him, nothing at all.

Was he just using her?

What if there was someone who has his heart and he was just using her to pass time?

She just let her guard down so carelessly, she let Dom in again, she put herself on then line again.

"Allie you look bothered."

James said as he took a seat in front of her.

She shrugged.

"I'm fine."

She cleared her throat and picked up her fork.

"You've been here for a while now and you've barely touched your food."

She really tried to stop herself but the tears spilled before she could swallow the lump in her throat.

She wiped it with the back of her hand.

"Is James alright?"

James asked, full of concern.

She nodded, wiping her face again.

"He's fine."

She said, starring closely at James.

"I'm confused James I need advice, you're older, you can help me right?"

James nodded, urging her to speak up.

And she did, she told him everything from the beginning, from the time she met Dom when she nineteen up till that very minute.

Slowly, she looked around, now just aware of her environment.

The place was now empty, except for the two of them.

"I'm such a horrible person! I'm sure you need to get home, it's late. Sorry for bothering you."

James gave her a small smile.

"Don't worry, I live upstairs."

He said without a care in the world.

"I'm so proud of you Allie, you're a fighter."

Allie blinked at him.

"You don't think I'm a whore?"

James shook his head, still smiling at her.

"I'll fix us dinner while we talk, your food is already cold."

Allie smiled warily at him.

"Come on."

She rose and followed him sheepishly to the kitchen.
