Chapter 9.

"Good morning mom" I saw my mom sitting on the chair and reading something

"Hey sweetie" she looked up to me. I went straight to the fridge, I'm hungry as hell

"So, everything ready for tomorrow?" I asked. Tomorrow we're having a small pre-party for cousins here at home, and the day after tomorrow is the final big day

"It should be, just something about the food is left to be done, and then we're ready for the party, and for the wedding day too" she clapped her hands like a baby

"Haha mom you seem so excited" I said as I took just a random sandwich from the fridge

"Oh sweetie I am.. Hey, I have biig news!" she said with even more excitement in her voice

"What now?" I sat in front of her

"Aunt Tina is comiiing toniiight!" my mom said.

"Aunt Tina?! No freaking way!" I screamed, aunt Tina is my mom's sister, my favourite aunt, I have another one, but aunt Tina is the real deal, she is the coolest aunt ever. She is 27, yeah she is younger than my mom, 12 years younger, but she is closest to my age and huuuuuh that woman parties as freak. Gotta love her. Mom's second sister, Melissa is 5 years younger than my mom, I love her too, but Tina is cooler than Melissa

"Yes!" she said and I jumped immediately

"Ohhh now I know for sure that the party will be awesome!!" I said and my mom laughed

"Aunt Melissa is coming too, she's coming with uncle Jorge and with Nate and Eric" Nate and Eric are her kids, uncle Jorge is her husband. Nate and Eric are real brats, I don't like spending time with them, they always make me play cowboys, guess who gets to be a horse

"Where will they be staying? This house is small for all of them" I said. We do have one room left, guests room, that is right next to my mom and Gerard's room, but it's for only two people.

"I paid a hotel for them, in Amsterdam, they will spend two weeks here, all of them, we're taking them on a tour later through the Amsterdam" well I wasn't so happy about this one

"And Eric and Nate are staying too?" I asked and she laughed

"Serena they are your cousins, you should be nice to them" she said, and I frowned

"Yeah, spend just two hours alone with them, your back will break. Hey, what about grandma and grandad?" I asked, no one mentioned them

"They will come tomorrow morning, but unfortunately they will spend only one week here. They will be sleeping here, in that empty room upstairs" yay my granny is coming, I missed her and I missed grandad too

"Yeees" I had no idea that they will be coming, none of them mentioned anything about it "but what about Gerard's family?"

"They all are from here, Amsterdam, Amstelveen, and around. They all will be here. Maybe some of our cousins from America will come aswell, they'll decide by tonight" well I don't care, my auntiee is coming, and there is no way I'm letting her spend all the time in hotel, she will be sleeping with me in my room, my bed is big enough

"Morning family" Gerard said, taking the empty place next to my mom

"Good morning Gerard" I said

"Well, are we ready for tomorrow?" he said, with enthusiasm in his voice

"Yess" mom said and they kissed. Eww, never going to get used to it

"Okay spare us the love moments" Laura said as she sat next to me, and they laughed. I covered my eyes
