England/Arthur Kirkland:

To be entirely honest with you Arthur doesn't really enjoy video games, but if he had to play something it would be 007. He thinks it's kind of classy. Winning rounds he'd smirk, and if he lost you could definitely expect him to curse a bit.

France/Francis Bonnefoy:

I feel like Francis wouldn't be interested in games where winning or losing is a thing. One of his favorites is probably the Sims actually. He'd enjoy the family aspect of it and would probably buy tons of custom content to make his Sims fancy af.

America/Alfred F. Jones:

Minecraft. Just....Minecraft. He wouldn't play survival mode, mostly just in creative so that way he could build things and not have to worry about dying or getting creeped out by spiders or skeletons.

When Alfred wins a particularly rough game he usually fist pumps the air and mocks the loser; Losing just agitates him.

Russia/Ivan Braginski:

Russia's favorite would probably be Portal or maybe The Cat Lady. Portal is more puzzly while The Cat Lady is a bit morbid and has scary/weird stuff involved. He'd be rather annoyed when he dies and would simply grin at his winnings.

China/Yao Wang:

Yao would have little to no interest in video games, although he might try a few. Yandere Simulator would be among the few. He'd probably be extremely perturbed and his attempts at being cool would die fairly quickly.

Canada/Matthew Williams:

Matthew, surprisingly enough, would really like playing video games. Slender and Five Nights at Freddy's would be some he enjoyed. Although he might be scared, the thrill is what drew him in. He'd have a good temper whether losing or not, but when he won (depending on who he beat) he might rub it in the losers face.
