Canada/Matthew Williams

Matthew probably wouldn't care. Considering Matt's pretty tall (at least that's what I think ;-;) and most people are shorter than him, it would be rather out of the ordinary for his s/o to be taller than him. It would be one more thing that makes you special to him.

Romano/Lovino Vargas

Lovino might not enjoy having a taller partner just because he likes their forehead to be in easy access. Lovi likes giving his partner kisses on the cheek (or forehead especially) and having a taller partner might not make this as easy as he'd like. He wouldn't mind for the most part though.
