Germany/Ludwig Beilschmidt
Ludwig was known to be a book worm and had been reading on the sofa when you had waltzed in and flopped down on his lap. Although he was annoyed at the intrusion of his reading time, he enjoyed having you close to him. He would run his hands through your hair as the two of you watched a TV show or he might even read aloud the book he had previously been so absorbed in.
Italy/Feliciano Vargas
The two of you were very affectionate so it was no surprise to Feli when you laid your head on his lap. He was very happy with the show of affection and would probably end up turning it into a full on cuddle secession. If he didn't though, he would probably take to braiding your hair as the two of you talked about your days or what you might cook for dinner that evening.
Japan/Kiku Honda
He would be rather embarrassed if you laid on him. If the two of you haven't been together for long he might even push you off, albeit it might be bit rude to do so. If he accepted the affection then more than likely the man would talk to you as if you weren't laying on top of him (although he would probably enjoy it even if it did make him a bit uncomfortable).
