The Singapore, Korean, and Japanese GP had been passed. Seb finished it all with victories. It meant that he was getting closer to his 4th WDC title. And the next destination for the team was India, one of the biggest countries in Asia. He had won twice there, to be precise on the inaugural and second race. No one had won there except him.
It was always a pleasure for Clara to come to a country that had never been visited before. On their way to India, Seb talked a lot about Buddh International Circuit. He said that it was an interesting yet challenging track and it was like a roller coaster for him.
He also mentioned about the fans. He didn't expect that there were so many people there who liked to watch Formula 1. He met many of them the last two years and he was always amazed with their beautiful eyes.
After some hours waiting on a plane, RBR team members finally landed in New Delhi, Wednesday morning. But it wasn't their main destination. They needed about half an hour to go to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the place where the circuit was built in.
"Wanna say something, Cla?" Seb asked Clara who looked so elated to see India for the first time.
"One word. Beautiful," she said without looking at him.
"Yeah. If we had so much time here, I wanted to bring you to Taj Mahal."
"Maybe next time."
"I promise."
"You actually don't have to promise, Seb. I know that you are busy throughout the year."
He chuckled. "You're right but who knows?"

On Friday morning, the fans waited for Seb in front of the entrance and they were cheering when the driver arrived with his press officer. He smiled at them while signing some of their stuff and taking some photos. They also boarded out some gifts for him to Clara. Because of that, his suitcase was always full every time he went home.
The first practice was held at 11 and the air temperature was quite hot, around 30 degrees, which was 2 degrees lower than the track temperature. In the garage, Clara saw that Seb was ready to start the day. He had worn the helmet and one of the crew helped him to fasten the seatbelt in his car.
The session finished an hour after, and Seb set the fastest time ahead of Scott. They were dominant on that session. But they surely didn't want to stop improving. The same results were achieved on the following event, which was the second practice session, where they were still the first and second fastest. While, the French driver, Romain was right behind them. But they didn't want to underestimate other teams such as Mercedes which was also quick on both sessions.
After parking the car inside the garage, Seb immediately came out of his Hungry Heidi and took his helmet and balaclava off. He gave them to Heikki and talked a bit with him. Clara could feel the aura of happiness from him. He was definitely pleased with the results that day.
Then, she decided to walk closer to him. "Well done, Seb! Good job for today!"
"Thanks, Cla."
"Let's go to the hospitality."
"Sure."
When both of them entered the hospitality which was right behind the garage, they found Scott who had been there a couple of minutes earlier. He approached both of them and smiled. Clara didn't know why but she barely had a good feeling every time she met him. But she tried to throw away any negative thought.
"Hi, Seb, Clara!"
"Hi, Scott!"
"You've done a fantastic job today," Scott praised Seb.
