Tears flowed down your cheeks as you stared at this man who not only looked familiar as you cleaned the blood off his face but could very well be your father. Just when you had thought things couldn't get any worse your found out that since you hadn't washed your hands for hours they wouldn't ever really loose the stained red tint. Wiping your eyes on your sleeve you sniffled and cautiously put the necklace on clasping it in the back. A young maid walked up to you but you waved her away stating you were fine and not to worry.

Eventually night had fallen and so far you had seen many people die in just this one day but there were many people you could save as well. Tired, covered in blood, and depressed you went to you and Legolas' sleeping tent. You didn't expect to see him in there since he had left first thing to the battle front. However you could hear someone inside your ten. Carefully opening the back you peered in on whomever was in your sleeping corridors. Long blond hair pulled back into a slick pony-tail with braiding on both sides. Suddenly turning stormy blues met your (e/c) eyes. A wave of relief flooded over you staring at the love of your life. "Le (your pet name for him change it if you want comments) what are you doing here I thought you were suppose to be fighting with the others," you said your voice wavering. "(Y/P/N)..." Legolas said before falling to the ground. Blood staining the back of his torso. "Le..Legolas" your sobs wracked your body as you dropped to your knees. "Someone! Anyone! Help!" you screamed as your maids came into the tent. A doctor came in and lifted Legolas out of your arms and ran towards the other medics trying not to injure Legolas any further. You sobbed silently tears soaking your pants and tunic. "Milady..." your personal maid Ithildin whispered kneeling next to you. Brushing through your hair with her fingers she began singing with a soft voice. Listening you continued to cry soundlessly, wishing that this war had never started and that you could have met your father under different circumstances and that you were back home with Edlen and Legolas. You had never wished you had your brother by you as much as you did now. You wished you could tell him how much he meant to you. Legolas was somewhere where healers were doing their best to fix the damage done. If he died you didn't know how you could live, you wanted to tell him those words again and wanted to tell him that you still needed to have children and how were you suppose to do that without the one you loved? 'I will love you forever and always,' you could hear his voice in your head murmuring sweet nothings to comfort you. Soon darkness enveloped you and you began to dream as you slept swearing you would help your husband and making a black vow to avenge your father.
