I stood outside the airport and waited for my sister to pick me up.  I was going to live with her the whole summer.

Myra and I was twins, not identical though, and she was my best friend in the whole world. We never left each others sides until she decided to move to Los Angels to go to college and left me back home in Australia. She hadn't went back there after she graduated and I hadn't seen her for seven years now. A big reason for why she hadn't come back home was because of her new boyfriend, or not so new anymore, and she had rather been with him than celebrating christmas with her family.  She had convinced me to come to California so we could spend our 25th birthday together and so that I could meet this Matt guy. She hadn't told me anything about him more than that his name was  Matt and that she had moved in with him and now lived in Huntington Beach, California.

A black SUV parked in front of me and out from it came Myra running towards me and hugged me.

"I'm sorry I'm late!" she said.

"It's okay", I said and took my bag to the car.

"Is that all you have with you?" she asked and looked at my bag. "Rhaea  you're gonna be here for three months."

"Ever heard of shopping?" I grinned.

"I love that word!" she laughed and sat down in the car.

"You look so different", she said when we were on our way to her house.

"I do?" I asked.

"Yes! I barely recognized you at first. I expected a pale thing with black hair, not a hot tanned brunette."

I had had my emo-days. It was some weird phase I'd been in. I still listened to the same music but had changed my appearance a lot. I'd grown up.

"Is it good?" I asked.

"Hell yes! I had no idea you could be that hot sis", she said.

"Uhm thanks I guess."

We arrived to her house. She lived in a big beach house that must have cost more than I wanted to guess. This Matt dude must have a lot of money, was all I could think when I saw the house.

"Wow this is huge!" I said as I stepped out of the car.

"We needed a big house because Matt's band is always over", Myra explained and took my bag.

"He's in a band?" I asked surprise.

"Yep, I think you'd like them", she said.

"Which means that you don't", I said.

"Exactly", she chuckled and opened the door.

The house seemed even bigger inside but Myra had done a good job to make it feel like a home and not just like some big empty house.

"Your room is in the end of the hall", Myra said and pointed towards the stairs.

"Okay", I said and took my bag upstairs to my room.

The room was huge and had a gigantic balcony towards the ocean. There was a big bed, a make-up table, couch, a huge bathroom the the best, a walk in closed. I unpacked the few pieces of clothes I had in my bag before I went back downstairs to Myra again.

"So where is this Matt you want me to meet so badly?" I asked and sat down on the couch next to her.

"The guys are down in the studio, recording something, so you'll meet him at dinner", she said.

We sat there and talked for what seemed like hours before we decided to start with the dinner. It was when we walked in to the kitchen that I got the biggest shock of all times. He walked out from the kitchen with a beer in his hand.
