Chapter 10. I Will Never

Andy P.O.V
I am celebrating my birthday with the gang and Melanie. We are dancing to 'Sleepwalking' by Bring Me The Horizon. Ashely takes another picture. I have never been so happy on my birthday. She shakes her small hips against mine, and let me tell you. I have never been more turned on. I copy her movements, and bend my knees so that I am next to her  ear. I breathe in her ear, and I can see small goose bumps arise on her skin. "Best birthday ever." I whisper. She slowly turns around while blushing. The song changes and 'Say It Ain't So' by Weezer plays. She starts shaking her hips again but wimpers. I know it's because he ribs. So I pick her up, and she wraps her short legs around my waist and her arms around mg neck. I almost groan but hold it in at the back of my throat. Melanie leans into my ear, and whispers "Best Christmas ever despite everything that happened, it led me to you again." My heart rate picks up. I pull her away, so I am able to make eye contact with her. She looks at me confused, and I can't help it anymore. I smash my lips onto her smooth plump ones. Fireworks.  We move our lips together in perfect sync. I can tell she hasn't kissed much, and that makes me even more happy. Another flash goes off, and I know it is Ashely. Melanie pulls away and yells:
"I want a copy too!" Ashely holds up an okay sign and continues on with what he is doing. I want to kiss her again. Before I can ask she grabs my face with her small hands and smashes our lips together. Heaven. I never thought that I could be this happy.

After we finish our make out session, me and Melanie dance some more. Of course in my arms. I continue to spin us around slowly. She rest her small head against my chest as we dance. Even of it was a hard core song we danced slowly and sang the lyrics together.
"You have a nice voice." She says softly.
"So do you..."
"I didn't know that you liked this music."
"I love it."
"Me too."
"Obviously, you jumped out of my arms so you could just dance and sing to it."
"Sorry."
"I don't like it when you pull away."
"I don't like it when we have to say goodbye."
"Shhh...we don't have to, ever again."
"Andy, I need to know more about you, and I want to."
"Me too...."
"Then why don't we?"
"I am afraid, that you are going to want to never see me again."
"Didn't you hear me yesterday?!" She lifts he head from my chest and looks at me straight in the eye. There it is again. The feeling that she could see right through me.
"I said I will never leave your  side, and I will never ever ask you to, no matter what. She looks me deep in the eye, and places her hand on the back of my neck. Sparks run down my neck, and down my spine. I lean into her touch. She pushes my head until our lips come in contact. I can feel her breaths from her nose, on my upper lip.  We continue to kiss until we need to catch our breaths. She rest her head against my chest again. We dance in comfortable silence for a couple of minutes. I look down at her and see her relaxed facial features. She's asleep. I smile down at her and carry her to the bed.

I lay her down carefully, but her hands are still tight around my neck. I kiss her forehead lightly before I take her hands off, and lay them down at her sides. She shuffles until her hands meet my chest again. I sigh and lay down next to her. She snuggles even more into my chest and I smile, knowing that she wants to be near me, even when she is asleep. I wrap my arms around her small and frail body and pull her even closer. I look over at the boys and they are all asleep. Resting there heads on each others shoulders, on the futon I was sleeping on the previous night. I snicker at them. There heads shoot up, and they look around confused until they see me cuddling with Melanie. They smile, and get up and sit in the chairs that are beside the bed. By now it is already 9:45 at night.

"Hey man." Cc says.
"Hey...." I answer.
"We saw you guys making out!" Ashely says. I glare at him for yelling and put my finger over my mouth. He smiles in embarrassment.
"She is the sweetest girl I have ever met." Jinxx says. I almost growl at him but then realize that he is just making me feel proud. And that I do. I look down and smile at her. Her hands are pressed against my chest, and her head wrest on my chest.
"Yeah I know." I answer.
"This is the most I have seen you smile in one day."
"Right?!"
"It's her....she has me wrapped around her finger and doesn't even know it."
"Have you told her... You know?"
"No, and I am scared."
"Why?"
"What if she doesn't want me anywhere near her, once she finds out who we are."
"We don't know."
"Exactly."
"But, you have to tell her and you have no choice to, life is about taking risk and if you are not ready to take risk then you haven't lived." Jake says.
"Thanks Jake."
"Your words got me all emotional and shit." Cc says as he wipes fake tears. We all start laughing but immediately stop once we hear Melanie stir. She snuggles even more.
"Well we have to go, we are really tired after today."
"Yeah you guys go, take care."
"Sure sure." They walk out, and I hear Melanie mumble in her sleep.I look at her and wait for to say what she said again.
"Andy....." Her voice is soft and raspy. She ducks her head into my T-shirt and sniffs. She moans, and I almost fall off the bed. She just moaned at the smell of me! My eyes go dark as I stare at her. She smiles and dips her head back down. It stays there, and I realize she isn't moving. I duck my head until I reach her soft hair and sniff at it. Vanilla. This girl will be the death of me.  I smile before I drift off into a dreamless sleep. This has been one if the best days of my life.

Sorry I haven't updated as fast as usual. I have been working on a new book to publish after this one or to publish while I am writing this one. Tell me what you guys think about publishing two books at once. And once again thank everyone for supporting, my writing.
