You hear a car pull over on your front yard, but you're not expecting anyone. You look out the window and see a familiar figure walking toward your house, his head down, looking at the ground.
You go to the door and open it, smiling at Spencer, but he doesn't smile back. Instead his eyes begin to water and tears the size of pearls fall down his cheeks.
»She can't just,» he begins and you pull him in your embrace, »be gone.»
»Oh, Reid», you whisper and he hugs you tight. It is heartbreaking, seeing him this way. Especially since you know the truth about Emily's death.
